Lora Wardman was an incredibly talented and invaluable partner in planning our daughter’s wedding from out of state and in a truly unique setting. She listened carefully to every idea and dream my daughter had and brought them to life beautifully, all while staying within our budget.

Her experience, refined style, and calm, gracious demeanor made her an absolute joy to work with. She also had a remarkable ability to steady and reassure this MOB on more than one occasion, which was no small feat!

This was our only daughter’s wedding—but if we had it to do again, we would choose Lora in a heartbeat. She was well worth the investment for her expertise, creativity, and steady guidance throughout the entire process.

Lora and her team will meet you where you're at. We had a vision for the event but a bride who wasn't into details. Lora had the experience to troubleshoot, share an opinion, is networked like crazy, and helped us avoid minor catastrophes leading up to the big day. Her taste is splendid -- she just "gets" it. Our event was flawless and I know it's because she worked hard behind the scenes to get everyone coordinated and aligned when we admittedly weren't the most organized to work with. (Still cute tho!) There was no detail she didn't think of. We simply can't thank her enough. The money we spent working with Lora was worth every penny.

Lora was absolutely incredible throughout our whole planning process. We opted to use both her planning package and event design package. She is very familiar with the Orlando area and all the vendors in it. She was able to help give us feedback on which vendors she thought would fit our vision, and was able to recommend vendors when we had no luck contacting any. She was very detailed and clear during the process and provided us with many detailed instructions, plans, and to-do lists. Her coordination the month of was priceless and as the day got closer we really felt she had our back and was doing everything possible to ensure our day went smoothly. The final product she put together was more than we could've ever hoped for. We would highly recommend Lora to anyone planning a wedding!

Lora exceed my expectations for my wedding day! She listen to everything I wanted, from colors to textures, all the way to my romantic theme. I truly could not have done this with out her experience and expertise.

I would have never hired a month of coordinator if my venue hadn’t required one, but I’m sure glad they did! Lora was so amazing—she saved us money by providing added details for us like easels, chargers, boxes for cards, and more. She stayed in contact with all our vendors and made sure to provide everyone with a detailed itinerary (who doesn’t love a good itinerary?). Lora also made last minute adjustments for us as things changed due to the pandemic and us just making changes. The day of, Lora and Savannah were attentive to myself, my groom, and our families. Lora brought our grandparents their meals at their seats and ensured accommodations were made for them. She ensured our bridal party had food and drinks while getting photos, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the evening. Following the wedding, Lora came and dropped everything off for us. I would highly recommend using Lora as your month of coordinator to any couple!

I hired Lora in early 2019 for my April 2020 wedding. Lora did a great job of holding my hand along the way. She is organized, knowledgeable, and has a kind, calming presence. Unfortunately, my sweet fiance and I had to reschedule our wedding (that was only six weeks away!) due to the unexpected outbreak of COVID-19. Lora addressed our concerns immediately. She has been there for me, answering--in a very timely manner--every panicked phone call, e-mail, and text message. She took initiative and contacted all of my vendors so that we could postpone our wedding to a new date in 2021. She was decisive, cool-headed, and organized when I needed her most. In short, Lora is incredible. I highly recommend her. I know she'll do a great job on our wedding day.

From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. Her presentation of venue's, flower's, party favor's, music, food, drinks, invitations, portrait of the Bride and Groom and slide show was spot on for our family.
Lora's experience and knowledge is extensive and valuable. As a hostess of this special occasion, you always hope you enjoy yourself while attending to your guests. Lora took care of everything ( set up, break down and directing guests to their tables) and I was carefree and had a blast!

Lora is the type of person who you want on your wedding team.

Weddings are stressful times because it's an expensive and an important beginning for your new life together (with an added bonus of family drama). It becomes even more stressful when you're not local.

I grew up in Orlando, but moved to London when I became engaged; my husband and I decided on having the wedding in Orlando as a hometown wedding but also as a destination wedding for many of our guests.

Because of the timezone differences added on top of the destination aspect (with friends and family flying in from Germany, The Netherlands, UK, South Africa, and Cambodia), it was important to have a local planner coordinate timings, budgets, and people. Lora did all of this and made our wedding exactly what we wanted at the Peachtree House.

Our friends and family still talk fondly of the wedding weekend and we owe this all to Lora and her amazing attention to detail. She was pragmatic, asked great clarifying questions, knew the best of the best in vendors, and helped us to save money where we could. She's always positive, professional, very commuicative, she speaks up to vendors when things aren't exactly as expected, and keeps you on time and on budget.
