Their sizable oysters are impeccably shucked by their knowledgeable and friendly staff. The raw bar is completely self-contained, and the team will assist with setting up and tearing down the station, so couples can focus on enjoying the day. In addition to the oysters, guests can enjoy lemons, hot sauce, and a signature mignonette (vinegar-based sauce). When all is said and done, the oyster shells are removed and recycled responsibly.
