This band was over the top GREAT! The attitude, sounds, showmanship and talent was behind my dreams. The dance floor was completely full of guests ranging from 20 years old to 70 years old dancing the night away. They engaged with the guests and had us dance our booties off all night long. Thank you, London Calling, for MAKING our reception spectacular!

We are so thankful to have chosen London Calling as our band! Our wedding guests loved them and have told us how great they made the reception. Also Cecilio was so responsive to all of our emails and questions throughout the process. We also had them rent us the sound system for the ceremony and cocktail hour which worked out really well. Can't say enough about how great they are!! Thanks again.

P.s. My husband thought that I planned / staged the "proud mary" dance moment with my maid of honor.. he doesn't believe me that it was impromtu, so just another way the band got our vibe and the crowd going.

If you want to have an amazing wedding, start with hiring London Calling as your band! Music for our reception meant a lot to me as I wanted to have everyone up dancing and partying for the night and did the band deliver! I myself danced for about 4 hours and could not have been happier with the amount of people that were drawn to the dance floor because of how amazing the music was. We did spring for the horns and they were worth every penny especially when "Superstitious" by Stevie Wonder came on. I received so many compliments for London Calling, it was truly the best decision I made to make sure we had the best wedding ever. If I ever have any other type of event in Austin, I would hire them without any hesitation.

My Austin wedding was essentially a "destination" wedding - I booked London Calling sight unseen based on a video of them performing Proud Mary. London Calling was some of the best money I spent on my wedding. My guests were so impressed, and loved every single minute. I cannot say enough good things and would recommend them to anyone. Gentry was easy to work with, and they played a really obscure song we requested (in advance).

Ok - by far the best wedding band ever! My dad, who doesn't dance was dancing the whole time! They really knew how to work the crowd, regardless of age. Cecilio, our contact and drummer was so accommodating - all the band members were so friendly and I couldn't recommend this band more!!

This band is the best as they play a variety of music and sound great. They are fun to watch perform. The dance floor was full the entire evening! Cecilio, the drummer, was our contact person and was so easy to work with. We received many compliments from our guests on their performance.

I was helping to plan a wedding in Austin for our daughter who lived in Houston, and was crazy busy with a new job. I had never hired a band before, and didn't know where to start. After listening to many, many bands online, and interviewing many of them over the phone, I came across London Calling. From the get go, they were absolutely the most responsive and professional band I talked to. They were so easy to work with, and not "high maintenance" at all. The band agreed to learn any songs that were not in their repertoire as long as they had the correct instruments for that particular song. At the last minute, we asked them if their keyboard player could play piano for the cocktail hour and he did so beautifully.
At the reception, the dance floor was never empty. The band had so much energy, and showmanship! They are not only excellent performers, but are very fun entertainers. At the end of the evening they had our usually reserved son in law and daughter up on stage singing with the band. Everyone from the 2 year old flower girl, and my 88 year old dad and all the ages in between had a ball.
The guests at the wedding have raved about how much fun they had and how much they loved the band. I would hire London Calling again in a second.

London Calling Band was amazing! Everyone had a blast at our wedding and a big part of that was due to the atmosphere that London Calling created. We couldn't have asked for a better band. We told them we wanted them to play whatever would get people on the dance floor and that is exactly what they did. My husband's aunt even jumped on stage and sang "Love Shack" with them; they didn't skip a beat and just handed her the microphone. They also emceed the reception and did a great job. We would highly recommend London Calling to anyone looking for a band for their event.

GREAT band! They were fun, interactive and played great music. They were recommended by the venue and they did not disappoint! It was pouring rain on our big day, but that did not stop them. With the risk of getting their equipment went, the party went on.

I have to say, they really helped to make the party, a true celebration! They played a variety of genres so it was great for all ages. Everyone was on the dance floor! Thank you London Calling!
