*This review is for the Los Angeles location*
I had been to 2 bridal salons (one small LA boutique) and BHLDN when I spent an evening Googling Every. Single. Bridal. Boutique in Los Angeles and landed on LOHO Bride. Ultimately what drew me to LOHO Bride was Cortana. No one else carried her line and I was obsessed with the natural fabrics and delicate nature of her deisgns. Perfect, in my mind, for the Palm Springs wedding we were going to have.
So I made a fitting appointment online and brought one friend with me. (I learned after a the first few appointments that you really need to limit and choose wisely who comes with you the first time, which is unfortunate for people coming in out of town and bring their whole family, but obviously this amplifies any disappointment or confusion)
Allie Paz was my consultant and was amazing. I had given her a heads up, via their questionnaire, what vibe I was going for and the gowns I was interested in by Cortana. She pulled the specific ones I asked for, and gave me the option to shop the floor but when I was a bit overwhelmed she pulled some options she thought might be great. The shop alone is gorgeous, has a giant mirror located in a spacious area with beautiful window light. I ended up purchasing a Cortana gown, a head piece from Melinda Rose and a veil. When my dress arrived I took it across the street to the seamstress they recommended who did a wonderful job. I’ve already recommended several friends to check out their shop as they carry lines that are different than anywhere else in LA. Because of that, their shop obviously isn’t going to cater to every type of bride but I was so happy with my dress and that they were my final experience in dress shopping. Their shop and everything they carry is a dream!
