Local Wood Event Rentals is a unique company that specializes in rustic and live edge farm tables and bars, located in Berryville, Virginia. They pride themselves on their ability to turn tree waste from the landfill into gorgeous wood products. These locally crafted tables and bars are made from trees that have fallen from storms, age or clearing. Local Wood Event Rentals can’t wait to bring your one-of-a-kind vision to life.

Services Offered

This passionate company is willing to work with you or your wedding planner to set up your tables before your wedding. Their pricing includes delivery, setup, breakdown and same-day removal if needed. All of their farm tables are milled and finished by local craftsman in Berryville, and feature tapered stained legs, which set them apart. You can view their amazing work at one of their two showrooms, in Berryville or Leesburg. Their products include:

Birthday Dinner

Ben was able to accommodate some last minute changes to my quote and the table was delivered and setup without any issues. In person, the table looked much better than the pictures and the notches added to the authentic farmhouse vibe. The chairs were surprisingly comfortable and none of our dinner guest complained during the 2 hour dinner. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

Beautiful wood tables

I absolutely loved the wood tables from Local Wood. They were perfect for the aesthetic of my wedding and easy to incorporate. No issues with delivery to the venue and Ben was flexible when I needed to make changes to the order.

lovely farmhouse tables

Local wood was recommended to me by my wedding planner. I loved the farmhouse tables he rented us. We found out the tuesday before the wedding that we weren't able to use the wine barrels anymore, and local wood added them onto our rental no problem!

Perfect addition to our wedding reception!

We were so excited to find Ben and his team as we wanted to mix in beautiful farm tables with our other tables at our wedding reception. All of the larger rental companies do not have anything close to the quality and style of these tables. They made the drop off and pick up super easy. Would highly recommend!

Responsive and flexible, great company to rent from

Our venue (Tranquility Farm) recommended Local Wood rentals for our reception dining tables, and they were so easy to work with. Ben was responsive over the phone and email, and helped us tweak the order even last minute, as we had to rearrange seating as RSVPs started rolling in and a couple guests dropped out last minute. Our venue owner managed the delivery and pickup since all parties were flexible on timing, so I didn’t have to deal with any of that.

Do make a note though that the wood dining tables (3 ft x 6 ft, and 3 ft x 8 ft) are super heavy. We had planned to use them also for the rehearsal dinner in the venue courtyard, but we quickly decided it was easier to put tablecloths on folding tables than carry 4-5 wood tables from the barn where Local Wood had set them up (and back again!)

Excellent Vendor!!

Ben and his team are wonderful to work with! My venue has worked with them several times and we refer them to all of our clients. Their tables are in excellent condition and they are priced reasonably! The team who drops the rentals off and sets everything up are always so nice and accommodating! I highly recommend them!!

Amazing Product and customer service

My name is Maria and I am a wedding planner with Vida Events. I worked with Local Wood (Ben) for a wedding on May 25, 2019 at Tranquility Farm. Communication with them has always been easy - they are very responsive. They also have always been on time and set up according to a floor plan. Their products are gorgeous - you dont need much decor because you dont want to cover the beautiful wood tables. A great choice for venues that dont offer reception tables - or for couples that want to upgrade what their venue already offers. Great company and team!
