The customer service at Lizcano Bridal was awesome. Rosey, Carmen and the seamstress worked with me when I was in such a hurry and at the last minute, they even stayed way after closing to care of my alterations. They helped find a dress that looked beautiful and they gave me a great deal and did the alterations right there on the spot. I appreciate all they did for me and my special day. I recommend the Lizcano Bridal to anyone , they were awesome! Great customer service with a great :) price!
The Perfect Special Occasion.

Yes, you can get a beautiful dress for less here, however, be prepared to be fluent in Spanish or take somebody that is. Also be prepared to wait until they are good and ready to wait on you. They take appointments, but might as well not take them because once again they aren't going to wait on you until they're ready. If/when you need alterations you have to either go during the week (at their convenience) or have the seemstress come in on the weekend and then you have pay her extra for doing it.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, find somewhere else to buy your dress for you special day!!!

Just horrible! This place was the worst, the owner and his wife, I think her name was Carmen, they were just horrible, they opened late, closed early. They are so lucky they are the only ones that carried my dress, not many places carry Maggie Sottero. They promised me my dress I paid my down payment of $500 then went back the day the dress was promised to me, only to find out they lost my receipt and all of my information, my dress was never ordered so I ask for my money back and of course they don't want to cough it up.so the lady sends her husband to the bank. (I'm not a mean person so I give in to small talk) the lady convinced me that the dress was in the back some where in a box they just have to find it. So I wait it was no longer than 3 hours and no shorter than 2 before they came out with a box, they open it and voila...my dress, I'm happy that they even have it so of course I don't leave I don't want to drive many miles to another retailer. Then it comes time to alter the dress. Ah ha another disaster, I go in for my appointment at 1 pm on a Tuesday, the seamstress is late...or so they told me. I waited 30 mins before they finally told me that she called in saying her kid was sick. Ugh ok this happens to I schedule another appointment...next week same time. I show up 30 minutes late (yes tried to prove a point-not very successful) &again seamstress is late, this time I'm really angry, she finally shows up its already 2 & I still manage to suck up my bridezilla attitude and put on the dress, she goes to work and I come back 3 weeks later to yet another disaster....she didn't do a dang on thing to my dress, I had been losing weight so it needed to be brought in and I'm not so tall so it needed to be shorter but it was neither when i went, finally a week later I went in and ah it was perfect. Or so I thought...the day of my wedding the seam was coming apart from the bottom of the dress, making it really hard to walk without trippin over my dress. All in all this place is horrible. I have no idea how I managed to stay there.
