Lisa was simply AMAZING! Our wedding would not have gone the way it had if she was not a part of the process. We hired Lisa midway into our planning and what a breath of fresh air that was when she joined our team. When I felt capable and stress free, she let me continue leading on in planning and brought amazing insight and discussion to the process. When I was stressed and had no idea what to do next she brought guidance and support. She worked great between my mother and I, as we both took on items in the wedding process and was an amazing sounding board for us! I had a vision for our wedding and she embraced it, supported it, and defended it throughout many vendor meetings and panic ideas. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for her work and dedication as a planner.
As an individual, Lisa truly brought grace and patience to the fore front of our experience with her. She knew how to approach hard decisions and was a great support in navigating different wants and needs between my fiancé and I. I am so appreciative of her kindness and her ability to bring myself, my mom, and my fiancé to a place of ease during the wedding planning season. LASTLY, Lisa is FUN - and omg that was a breathe of fresh air! She reminded us to have fun and prioritized this element in our wedding and I LOVED that! Lisa VanHorton was absolutely amazing at helping with our wedding at Daniel’s Vineyard in Mccordsville, Indiana. I went into wedding planning so unorganized and had no idea what I was doing and she was always available to help along the way. She kept me on track for certain deadlines and reminded me of things I didn’t even realize I knew I needed! One of my favorite things about Lisa (besides how sweet she is) is how calm she was at all times. She never gave off that she was stressed to me!
On the day of the wedding, she handled everything. We dropped off things off at our rehearsal and she took care of everything the morning of our wedding. She did it all from coordinating with the venue, our dessert delivery, our late night snack delivery, DJ set up, shuttle bus, florist set up and everything in between. I don’t think I really had to talk to a vendor the day of my wedding as she handled it all! Leading up to the big day, she was so easy to text any last minute questions or things that came to mind. She always had a positive response and always a solution.

Our vendors even commented how organized and laid out the timeline and materials for them were. They were saying how she has one of the best layouts of things which ultimately kept them all organized.

I’m unaware of anything that went wrong at our wedding and owe that all to Lisa VanHorton! I can’t imagine doing all of this all over again without her and her team. She is a dream and has so much industry knowledge and experience.

We can't even begin to say enough wonderful things about Lisa! We hired her as a day of coordinator for our wedding and she went above and beyond all expectations I had. She was a huge lifesaver towards the end of planning. She attended a few final meetings with us to help us finalize details and took notes along the way. When unexpected issues arose (like an on-site coordinator being absent on the day of our wedding), Lisa made sure all of our plans and arrangements went into place perfectly. Both our ceremony and reception were absolutely beautiful and even better than we expected, and Lisa made sure that we were able to soak in every second of it.

Originally I was very set on not hiring a coordinator, but as the wedding day approached I was feeling nervous about having to worry about all the small details and not being able to enjoy my wedding. Hiring Lisa as our day of coordinator was one of the greatest decisions my husband and I could have made for our wedding day. We met with three different coordinators and I immediately knew as soon as we meet Lisa that she would be the perfect addition to our wedding vendor team. Anytime we needed something or had a question Lisa was there to help us, both before and during the wedding. She was organized, fast to respond to emails, and always happy to help. She helped us immensely during our venue walkthrough, figuring out how to handle possible bad weather, and making sure the rehearsal ran smoothly. She even made a cute photo booth sign. I am so thankful we hired Lisa and I know that she was one of the main reasons why I felt so relaxed on the wedding day. She truly went above and beyond to make our day special. Thank you Lisa for all your help and dedication to making our day perfect.

My husband and I partnered with Lisa in the six weeks prior to our wedding day to make sure our day ran smoothly. It was one of the best decisions we made!!! Lisa was very patient with me and accommodating to our schedules to learn our vision, chat on the phone, revise timelines, etc. With Lisa on our vendor team we were confident that all of our planning was being executed and we (including our families!) could just focus on the real purpose for our wedding day.
