A professional calligrapher located in Greenville, South Carolina. Lisa Marlo Bethea has been working as a scribe and calligrapher for the past 15 years. She loves working with couples, and helping them figure out the etiquette of addressing wedding envelopes. Lisa Marlo Paper Alley is at heart an artist, and is also skilled in oils, pastels and watercolors.

Experience
Lisa is a self-taught artist who realized her gift at the age of 26. She describes her style as a mix of eclectic decorating and impressionistic painting. While she’s experienced in oils, acrylics and watercolors, her main focus right now is calligraphy. Lisa loves sharing her passion, and has taught calligraphy and art classes at community colleges in Augusta, Georgia, and at St. Joseph’s Catholic High School in Greenville.
