Beautiful work!

Lisa did the calligraphy for our wedding invitations, and we loved her work so much that we asked her to do our rehearsal dinner and bridal luncheon invitations! She even took on creating our wedding signage and programs. She’s a one-stop shop for all of your wedding needs, all for a great price!

Amazing! Talented!! Loving!

Lisa Marlo is an absolute genius to work with. She knows how to get down to the deep information about what excatly the bride is looking for. It's remarkable.

My daughter had idea's but couldn't find what she was truly lookng for. In Lisa's words "we backed into our wedding invitations". After months of looking and time after time falling short we went to see Lisa Marlo. In less than an hour my daughter had her dream invitation custom designed by Lisa. It was all so natural for her. I'm so impressed and relieved to have this woman on our wedding team.

Beautiful work

I am so pleased with how great the calligraphy looks on my wedding invitations! Lisa is so knowledgeable on etiquette and very quick to respond. I needed to change several addresses and add people as time went on, and she never complained and got them to me quicker than I could turn around. Incredible person and beautiful work. Amazing quality!

I can’t recommend Lisa enough! She provides quality customer service and quality products. I used Lisa’s calligraphy for my wedding invitations outer envelopes, and it was the best experience! She is quick to respond to emails and texts, prompt with finished products and is all around a joy to talk to! I needed extra envelopes made last minute, and Lisa had them done within the day. I’ve had so many of my guests comment on the beauty of my envelopes! Her artistry is simply amazing!

Amazing work

Lisa did an amazing job on my daughter’s wedding invitations. Since my daughter went with more of a modern invitation, we wanted a calligraphy style that matched its level of formality. Lisa gave us a couple of wonderful choices and was so patient and kind while she made her decision. The invitations are beautiful and were completed in less than a week! She is a true artist who truely wants to please her clients. Highly recommend her!

She not only addressed the wedding invitation envelopes but custom designed our Rehearsal Dinner invitations. I can't say enough about Lisa! Her calligraphy is beautiful, and she was such a pleasure to work with. She has been addressing wedding invitations for over 20 years, and it definitely shows. She had an answer for every question and is an expert at invitation etiquette. My wedding invitations arrived later than I was initially expecting, and Lisa had no problem completing all the calligraphy within a very short time frame. I have already received so many compliments from our guests! If you're looking for a calligrapher for wedding invitations, do yourself a favor and hire Lisa. She is the BEST!!

Lisa Marlo is incredible to work with and she creates beautiful calligraphy! She presented us with lots of calligraphy styles to choose from. It was such a difficult decision because they were all beautiful. Our guests were stunned with the elegance and thoughtfulness that the calligraphy added to our invitations. Not only is Lisa creatively talented, but she is extremely knowledgeable in wedding etiquette. She knew exactly the way in which the names and addresses should be written, when to put the invites in the mail, and more. Ours was a formal evening wedding and I wanted everything to the ‘t’, she made it happen. Beyond calligraphy, Lisa created our rehearsal dinner invites by hand. They were amazing! They had an old world flair to match our venue and added a memorable touch. She also painted a display to welcome our guests to the wedding, a fun and whimsical touch for our guests and one that I can now hang in my house as a memory. I cannot day enough about how fabulous Lisa is and how top notch her creations are. Lisa will create magic for your wedding!

I can't tell you how pleased I am with Lisa's work. Her calligraphy is outstanding and was beautiful on the painted background she made. More importantly, the overall project fulfilled my vision perfectly, and I'm very thankful. I had it framed as a gift, and I believe it will be wonderfully received. The project was completed well before the deadline we set, and I was very pleased to pay the amount she charged. I thought it was a tremendous value. Even though my project was not related to a wedding, I would recommend anyone wanting an excellent artist to prepare wedding invitations to use Lisa! I highly recommend her for other unique artistic services too. I definitely plan to use her amazing talent again myself.

Don't work so hard to get great invitations to fall short on the envelopes! Lisa was great to work with and has a very quick turn around time. After I sent out my invitations I got so many compliments on how great the calligraphy was. I also got an email asking for Lisa's information because she loved it so much. It was so nice to drop them off knowing they are in good hands. In the grand scheme of things, doing calligraphy was more expensive than having them printed, but it was worth every penny.

Lisa is fantastic ! She addressed over 80 wedding invitations for me in three days, both inner and outer envelopes ! She has many styles to choose from. Lisa knows exactly what to do. She worked with my crazy work schedule and everything was perfect, yes perfect, beautiful and zero mistakes. Lisa's is so professional, and she knows her stuff. Etiquette, timelines, artistic, creative, she is the best I have used and will never use anyone else as long as I'm in Greenville, SC. I had a great experience with Lisa. She responded very promptly and had all 250 invitations done in ONE WEEK, that is including inner and outer envelopes. My daughter/"bride-to-be" and I have had so much fun stuffing, stamping and sealing these gorgeous calligraphy envelopes that Lisa did in such a short punctual period of time! They are truly spectacular and done with such professionalism! Words cannot express how overly thrilled we are with her hard work, attention to detail, etiquette knowledge and overall true talent! Lisa Marlo has done a phenomenal job and we absolutely LOVE how beautiful and elegant the calligraphy is on each inner and outer envelope! There are not enough words to describe how beautiful, elegant, and absolutely perfect the calligraphy on our wedding invitations turned out! Lisa was such a joy to work with during our planning process -- Within one hour of contacting her regarding her calligraphy services, she had called me and subsequently drove an hour from Greenville (I live in Columbia) to pick up our invitation envelopes to cut down on my own travel time and had close to 300 different envelopes (inner and outer) addressed within four days time. I was amazed!! Within two days of mailing out our invitations, we have received countless messages from friends and family specifically saying how beautiful the calligraphy looked. One of my closest friends even said that she didn't want to open the envelope because of how beautiful it looked just the way it was. I would ABSOLUTELY use Lisa over and over again. She is truly talented and wonderful to work with -- I am forever grateful to her for all of the help she provided us!

Lisa is the X Factor - taking your event from "lovely" to "spectacular"! As Mother of the Groom planning the Rehearsal Dinner, Lisa was brimming with creative ideas to decorate the venue and carry through on the theme making the event truly personal and adding the Wow Factor. As an example, our guests were greeted with a unique chalk board Welcome sign and vignette using the theme of the dinner invitation. Check out the photo on her web site! Lisa also helped with little vignettes, signage and place cards - details I would never have thought of!

Feel confident using Lisa for ANY event you may be hosting! She creates the most professional and personal invitations, place cards ... and "touches" you didn't even know you needed! It was a pleasure working with her on such a memorable family event and so gratified by the results!

I cannot say enough good things about Lisa Marlo. Extremely talented, professional, responsive.. the list goes on! I spoke with Lisa several times over the phone before meeting her and she was a great resource for all the questions I had on how to properly address invitations. Any situation, she has an answer! Lisa is also quick to respond, flexible, and willing to meet at a time & location that's convenient for you. She sat down with me and gave me her opinion on what calligraphy style would look best with my invitations. I was not disappointed - they turned out beautifully! You have found the right vendor. Lisa did my wedding invitations more than 15 years ago. They were absolutely beautiful. You will want to frame a few of Lisa's envelopes along with your invitations! Once you see fine paper with Lisa's fluid and artistic style of calligraphy, you will understand why Lisa's work is so highly prized. Her work is an elegant touch to any wedding - large or small. So many of my guests commented on the calligraphy and asked for Lisa's name. I still recall the thrill I felt when Lisa wrote out my husband's name and mine. Lisa is a delight and you will want to use her work for many occasions. If friends are having a shower for you - don't forget to tell them about Lisa - her handpainted invitations for parties are keep sakes and certainly works of art.

We are SO THANKFUL we contacted Lisa about calligraphy for wedding invitations! She did a fantastic job, even with our mistake of sealing the envelopes before having them addressed. On eighty envelopes, she hand drew lines, did the calligraphy, then erased all the lines! She had them back in days and they looked wonderful! She was very easy to work with and very, very patient with some "wedding newbies".

When my only daughter got engaged, I knew when it came time to think about addressing all the wedding invitations, it had to be completed by the best professional calligrapher. I was so excited to find out that Lisa-the super mom of a former student of mine-had the talent for this job! She already had my trust and her calligraphy was beautiful. She was amazing! We commissioned Lisa to address our invitations and she did such an incredible job. To tell you how good she is after meeting her at a coffee shop and looking through her book she suggested another style of calligraphy that wasn't in her book. I asked her if I could see a photo and she proceeded to whip out a dull pencil and produce the most beautiful calligraphy on the spot! With a pencil!!! Lisa is a very talented artist and has been wonderful to work with. I recommend her for any calligraphy. You will be very pleased. Well done Lisa.. well done!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Lisa. She has many styles to choose from so that everything is tailored to your taste. My invitations were completed in just a few days and they are beautiful!! She even waited in case I needed to add more and when I picked them up she re-did 2 envelopes (on the spot) because their addresses had changed. Lisa is very talented and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend her as she has very elegant and perfectly written calligraphy!

Lisa did the calligraphy for our wedding invitations (inner and outer envelopes) and they were AMAZING! We had a black-tie wedding in Greenville, South Carolina and we wanted our invitation to "set the tone" for the wedding, they definitely did! Lisa is a great person to work with, extremely creative and very professional. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does. We bought our invitations from a family friend who compared Lisa's calligraphy talent to that of the White House Calligrapher. Yea... Lisa is THAT good. Lisa inscribes our Bibles every year that are given to all the students making their Confirmation. She does amazing job, and her work is a piece of art. All the families love them and rave about the quality. If you're looking for a calligrapher for any occasion, Lisa's your girl!

Lisa just completed the calligraphy for my wedding invitations.

I cannot express my gratitude or complete happiness with the calligraphy. She custom designed the calligraphy based on some different styles I sent her. She is so talented and I will continue to sing her praises to any brides I know.

On top of completely blowing me away with the calligraphy she personalized for me, she finished over 200 invitations in a little over a week. She really is amazing and I highly recommend her.

Further, she was flexible and accommodated my fiancé and I. She even met us in convenient locations to pick up and drop off the invitations.

You would think for the service, personalization, and accommodations I received she would cost a fortune, but she was the best priced calligrapher I could find. I can't believe how lucky I was to find her! She is wonderful! USE HER!
