Great value--we tried cakes at Spencer's Grocery in Morro Bay, Madonna Inn and Christine's Cake Creations. This was by far the best tasting and the least expensive. The aesthetics of the cake could have been better, but that wasn't important to us. Linn's had many options (muffins, cakes, pies, etc.) all with or without their signature Olallieberries! We landed on vanilla cake with olallieberry filling for our 115 guests.
One piece of advice, if you are deciding whether to over- or under-order, order less--the suggested portions or way too big! We had so so so much leftover cake!

Linn's provided my wedding ake which was small, perfect, and delicious! We also had our rehearsal dinner there and Cori- the events coordinator was amazing. She made a special menu for us complete with our wedding colors and everything!

Linn's is such a wonderful place to dine when in Cambria. Since knowing we would plan our wedding there we knew we'd have our cake from Linn's Bakery. When it comes to wedding cake there is really no room for error and everyone loved it! Long live the olallieberry!

I love Linn's Bakery and I love Diana! All of my guests are still raving about our Ollaleberry cake! They want to go back to Cambria for more. The cake is the perfect touch to a summer wedding white chocolate with a light fluffy cake and sweet, fresh ollalberries.
Diana did an amazing job working with my very limited budget and she helps every step of the way. Very responsive, detailed, and professional. She is truly the dream vendor-wish everyone was like that. She worked with me and I got a small decorated cake to cut and a sheet cake. The total way to go on a budget. I paid like $200 for a cake for 120 people plus had my small pretty cake to cut. Definitely reccomend this bakery to anyone getting married in the area.

Cake tasted incredible! Looked incredible! LOVED IT! Diana was helpful in arranging our needs from beginning to end: we visited a few months before the big day to taste, she made sure the cake selections we were interested in were freshly made for us to try... it was so hard to pick, we ended up going with 2 different cakes. We ordered a small two tiered cake for us to cut and enjoy later (some is in my freezer now) and two large sheet cakes that the caterers cut and served from the kitchen and served to each guest. The prices at Linn's were very reasonable and the cake recipes are extremely unique and delicious. Because we chose the sheet cake option, we could afford to order enough cake for our guests to have some of each if they wanted both... it really made out guests feel pampered and we had extra cake for our families to take home! We chose the signature olalliberry cream and the chocolate orange tiramisu. Anyone who is familiar with Linn's knows that Olalliberries are their signature, but both of the two cakes featured homemade jam (olalliberry and orange marmalade) in the filling between the layers of cake!!! Oh man, I'd just love some right now!

The cake was exactly what we wanted. We got three tiers, each a complete different flavor. It was beautiful and absolutely delicious.

We got Linn's pies for our wedding reception up the street at Robin's Restaurant and catering the next day for a post-wedding picnic at Shamel Park with 30 people. The Olallieberry and Apple pies were a HUGE hit and so yummy! The catering was a TON of food (so many leftovers), on time, and high quality. I was a little worried beforehand because tri tip and BBQ chicken can be hit or miss but it was delicious and high quality! They were also transparent with pricing and quick with communication. I highly recommend!

When we began planning a wedding in the Cambria area, we knew that we wanted to celebrate the beauty and bounty that the Central California Coast provides. We had been to Linn’s several times but never tried their cakes, and we decided that since their other baked goods were so amazing, their cakes must surely be delicious as well. We were very pleased to find that they do make wedding cakes, and were sat down for a tasting of several different flavors, including one with their signature Olallieberry in the filling. I am not a “cake person” at all, preferring pie on most occasions, but their cakes were simply amazing, and I was shocked to find that they make cakes that I desperately wanted a second piece of. We were given details about ordering our cake and put in contact with Jax Morales, their cake decorator. After answering a few of her questions and discussing what we wanted, she gave us a quote that was lower than either of us expected and expressed her excitement at the opportunity for her work to be a part of our wedding. We sent her several images that contained components of details that we wanted, and she compared and compiled them exactly as we had envisioned into a three-tiered cake with decorated with a coral pattern, shells, and bubbles with blue detail. The actual wedding cake itself was even better than the one we had tasted in the bakery, as we specially ordered one of our flavors with extra lemon curd because that is one of our favorite flavors. Several of our guests commented on how delicious the cake was, and when we told them it was from a bakery only a couple miles away, some visited Linn’s the next morning. We are extremely pleased with both the cake and Jax/Linn’s exceptional service and we would highly recommend ordering a cake from Linn’s to anyone planning a wedding in San Luis Obispo County or the California Central Coast.

We decided to go with Linn's 8 inch three layer cakes for each table. These cakes are made everyday in Linn's bakery, and they were exactly what we were looking for. They were beautiful, and delicious:D
