Transportation was a huge thing for us since our wedding ceremony and reception were at two different sites. They were so easy to work with and accommodating and EARLY which makes for a happy bride :).

We had three separate limo reservations for our wedding in May, and each experience was great. They were so easy to work with, timely for reservations, and quick to respond while planning. Great limos! Easily one of the easiest vendors to work with during our wedding planning process.

I contacted Limo City and spoke with Bob at ‭+1 (682) 235-8295‬ reservation #15336. I was very specific with my expections of the party bus for up to 20 passengers. This was a bachelor party for family member and wanted to make sure it was the best. I asked details about the year make and model of these buses and he assured it would be a current model with updates. He sent me pictures saying this was the bus I would receive ( see below) but it was not. Our driver was Brown and he advised he was contracted with an owner by the name of Alex. The driver confirmed the bus he was driving was not that of the picture I was sent.The bus itself was an old model ford that had horrible suspension, dated audio equipment, and the worst no working AC. I initially called Bob and told him the bus was not up to my expectations and for sure could not accommodate 20 people. My party ending up only being 13 so we tried to make the best of it. When I spoke to Bob I told him I wasn’t happy and his response was “ do you want it or not” he didn’t offer to send another bus or anything. In an attempt not to ruin our night I said we will have to make the best of it for now . My party proceeded to the 1stop downtown to find the AC not working the air was not cool all of my party sweating and unconfortable!! The driver AC DIDNT WORK UP FRONT EITHER!! I called Bob again and he had the audacity to come off with me as a complainer and began to say “ you complained about the size now the AC”!! I have never been treated with such disrespect as a consumer ! I was charged 620 upfront and was treated terribly. I refused to sit in the phone and argue with Bob in front of my guest and told him my concerns and got off the bus for dinner. I asked the driver to come back at 11:15 an hour and half later hoping the owners would at minimum send another bus but not only was it the same ran down hot bus he was not back at the pick up at the time u asked .
