This non-denominational officiant strives to create personalized ceremonies that center on each couple’s wishes and beliefs. With over 35 years of experience in public speaking, this confident and skilled professional is at ease in front of both intimate gatherings and large-scale weddings.

Couples can connect with Jay in advance of their big day for advice and guidance on the momentous life step that they are embarking on. Exceptional

Our experience with Jay was fantastic. He is an ultimate professional. He listened to what we had in mind, asked many questions to help create a very personal, touching and dignified ceremony for us. He made the process very easy and enjoyable. We had talked to few other officiant and non would come even close to his level of professionalism and care. We would highly recommend Jay Bird without any reservation.

Jay is the best there is.

Jay joined us for a destination wedding, he was super flexible and took time to get to know us prior. The ceremony he performed was absolutely amazing, the best I've ever witnessed. The flow was awesome, he touched on all the things that were important to us. It was just perfect. I'd recommend Jay to anyone who's getting married.

Lightman is the Best!

My wife and I got married in 2019 and Jay helped us with the ceremony every step of the way. He asked excellent questions, took my painfully vague requests, and worked with my wife and I both to make sure the ceremony was absolutely perfect for us. He was super easy to talk to, I enjoyed every conversation with him and he helped make every part of the experience great for both of us. Any friends I have getting married are getting his number first.

The most amazing, magical experience!

We could not be happier with Jay Baird, and his amazing presentation at our ceremony. He spent countless hours prior to our special day, to ensure the whole experience was perfect! He took our wedding to the next level with his humor, charm, and knowledge of the entire Wedding ceremony. Highly recommend him for your Wedding!

Great in every way!

Jay was so great for my husband and my ceremony! It was during covid time so it was a small intimate service with family over zoom as well as having a translator. So we ended up having to throw alot Jay's way last minute and he was very great about the whole thing. He said it was his first time working with a translator in this situation but still was able to make the ceremony flow so both language audiences could enjoy. Jay also went above and beyond to tell my husband and my story and really made it enjoyable for everyone watching. I definitely recommend Jay!

2nd Best Part Of My Wedding Night

Jay took all of the stress out of the ceremony and was the perfect officiant. Jay met with us before the wedding and made sure he knew exactly what we wanted for our day. He did a great job getting information from us to create a lovely ceremony without adding more work or stress for us. Jay has an amazing balance of professional and personal and seamlessly integrated all things that were important to my wife and I. Jay kept it light and funny when it needed to be, while hitting all of the right emotional moments. Right in the feels. He even choked himself up a few times. He claimed it was dry mouth....but I know it was his heart going pitter-patter. Long story short, Jay is the best. The only downside is that he's ridiculously good looking so you might have trouble keeping your gaze locked onto your loved one at the altar.

I was very happy with Jay Baird's service at my wedding ceremony and would definitely recommend him to others. Jay was very helpful throughout our entire process in preparing for the ceremony and gave us guidance in areas we were not sure of. He was also very flexible in meeting our needs especially in the difficult times of the covid-19 pandemic

The right combination of everything

Jay did exactly what we were looking for on our wedding day. In front of our closest friends and family he made us feel like we were in a room with just us sharing our vows and day with one another. The ceremony was the perfect length and ratio of spiritual, emotional, and levity that we were looking for. I still don't know how he made it flow so well between all. I had a bad 24 hour flu like virus the whole ceremony, and I don't know if I could have enjoyed the day, not alone make it all the way through, if it wasn't for Jay's ability lead and guide our ceremony. I have never heard of anyone putting in as much time and effort as him on learning about a couple and their entire history, to make sure he does the best job possible. He knows how important this day is to the couple, and treats your wedding like his own child's. Truly impressed.
