Lia was amazing everyone loved her voice and she made it so easy to learn our special song choices, I would recomnend her to add that something special to your wedding or anyother occassion!! Price wise very affordable very worth it!

If I could give Lia 10 stars I would! She was responsive from the first communication all the way until the day of our wedding. Not only did she share an extensive song list, she also was willing to perform a few songs that were very special to us. She arrived to our wedding venue early and coordinated with our wedding planner and DJ to ensure that the prelude, ceremony, and cocktail hour would be exceptional. All of our guest commented on her beautiful voice and how lovely the prelude and ceremony music was. She said the vibe for the entire night with her song selections for the cocktail hour. We spontaneously started dancing because the music was so beautiful. Lia has a gift for making every song, new with her stunning vocals and skills on the keyboard. If you hire Lia for your wedding or any other celebration, for that matter, you’re only regret will be that she didn’t play longer than you agreed to!

Full service very accommodating. Live music really brought something special to our wedding. Lia provided music for our Ceremony and Cocktail hour (piano and singing) and sang with a band for our reception. Very professional and gave us a great day of music!

Over the last couple of years my wife and I have been treated to the wonderful singing of Lia Menaker. Our first experience was at our 50th wedding anniversary party where she sang the song “Follow Me” by John Denver. We had not heard it so beautifully sung since our wedding day.

Inspired by that experience, I invited her to sing at two community events celebrating women who had given so much of their time and talent to caring for children in the community. Her rendition of “You are the Wind Beneath My Wings”, the Bette Midler song, brought the house to their feet with applause.

We had an intimate backyard wedding and during the cocktail hour between the ceremony and the reception, Lia sang and played keyboard. She let us choose the set list and was kind and responsive throughout the whole process. She brought all her own gear and we didn’t need to worry about a thing. The guests absolutely loved the entertainment, she is fabulous and so talented! Lia brought the best of both worlds as a performer for our cocktail hour. She’s such a talented, comfortable performer that really opened up the room and the mood of our guests. Her voice is awesome and has character and quality that is different from most wedding performers I’ve seen, and we had so many people coming up and complimenting her voice and performance.

In addition to her being a great artist, she was a real pleasure to work with through the logistical side of things. She was very organized, and made the process simple and only needed a handful of discussions to really understand what we wanted and she took it and ran. The times we did talk I could tell she was prepared and getting exactly what was needed to move forward, and didn’t make us constantly check back to tie up loose ends - which was really nice when you’re planning a wedding and communicating with a lot of people.

All in all, 10/10 experience with Lia.

I hired Lia for an Art Event I was running for a local Land Trust. The event had guests from their 20s to their 80s, so I was concerned getting someone who would be able to entertain that large of a range. Lia's music diversity and her singing and playing ability by far exceeded anything I could have hoped for. I had numerous people come up to me at the end of the night requesting her information and a business card. She actually ran out!
