Letter Perfect saved my wedding invitations. After being scammed by a horrific online calligraphy vendor, I was left with only 5 days to address over 60 envelopes in order to get the invitations out in time to my guests. I turned to local vendors and my first call was to Letter Perfect. Leslie was the epitome of professional and helpful, and her kind, calm approach eased a truly stressed out bride. The entire team at Letter Perfect helped print return addresses on the envelopes, and literally worked morning, noon and night to address each of the envelopes with calligraphy by our deadline. Their attention to detail and commitment to perfection is unmatched. Each envelope was more beautiful and well done then I ever could have imagined or asked for. I was able to mail out my invitations right on time and I am forever grateful to Leslie and her team for their hard work and kindness. Letter Perfect is the only vendor to use for any of your wedding invitation needs.

Letter Perfect is a complete and utter disaster. They are completely incompetent and blame the client for their mistakes. My fiance and I were using them for our Crane wedding invitation order. We were told they would receive the invitations within 6-9 business days. After the order was placed, we were told that it would in fact take a week longer forcing us to place a rush on the order. We were originally told that the time was confirmed by calling Crane, but after the order was placed, we were told that they never called Crane. They just guessed on the time. So we had to pay extra for the rush.

The order was further delayed by her staffs' incompetence. They sent in the wrong orders for our menus and invitations multiple time and tried to charge us for the multiple proofs. They misspelled our names, address, and parents names, each time blaming us for the mistakes. Leslie delegated the order to no fewer than three different people, all of whom made mistakes, and then blamed us for them. When we sent Leslie the e-mail correspondence between us and her staff, showing that her staff had lied to her, she still took their side and was very rude to us. It's as if she was doing us a favor by working with us.

Then the printing was bad on about 20% of the order. Because of the late arrival, we did not have time to reprint before the invites had to go out. It was a real disappointment. Leslie insisted on reprints even though I told her that was a waste of time and paper. The invitations had to be sent before the reprint could be completed. Our wedding planner asked her for a refund of 20% for all of the problems. Leslie then had the audacity to write us a scathing e-mail about how rude we were to even suggest this.

This company is rude, unprofessional and a complete headache to deal with.
