First and foremost, Rich and Shelby are each amazing human beings and simply a pleasure to chat with. They took the time to get to know us as a couple, but also as individuals, which was evident in the ceremony and photos. The entire experience was personal and intimate -- exactly what we wanted.
At every wedding I've ever been to the planners seemed super annoyed, were rude, and rushed everyone through to maintain a super rigid schedule. Rich and Shelby brought exactly the opposite energy -- they were overjoyed to be there with us, a delight at every step, and moved at our pace so we could truly experience every moment.

What's most important to me, though, is they always set proper, realistic expectations, and followed through on everything they said.

I am not in any way, even the slightest bit disappointed with our decision to hire Let's Knot & Say We Did to handle our wedding.

We are so very thankful for AEC making our special day much more special than we could ever expect. Everything went so smoothly which is testament to the skills of this amazing team. All of the feedback from guests is that the ceremony and party was soooo good. Mission accomplished!

As a wedding designer from New York and in this Wedding industry, I can definitely say it is very hard to pull something off in two days, especially when it’s not in the same state and you have no idea who the vendors are. I must say I was truly lucky with this one. I reached out to Arizona Elopement Collective for my brother's proposal that I had been planning in New York. It was just impossible to find places. When my brother finally decided that Arizona was the location, I started searching on Google and looking at Instagram photos for over an hour. Then, I came across Rich & Shelby Satnam at Arizona Elopement Collective. To say that I’m truly grateful is an understatement.

I thank you for the thousand phone calls you had to answer. I thank you for the million text messages you had to reply to. I think at one point I thought they might just block me lol. Thank you for making me feel as if I was part of the proposal even though I was missing out. Thank you for sending me videos and updating me with reactions along the way. I couldn’t have done this without their help in planning this entire trip. We had the best photographers and videographers. THEY EVEN HELPED ME PICK OUT A BEAUTIFUL BOUQUET WITH A SPECIFIC COLOR REQUEST and made sure that all of this was still a surprise. Rich and Shelby went above and beyond for someone all the way from New York. My little brother's proposal meant everything to me, and I have to say that they excelled every step of the way. We knew we wanted to elope, but we had no idea where to start. From the first call, Rich, Shelby, and the Arizona Elopement Collective team handled every detail and made our vision come to life. Florals, hair and makeup, ceremony and logistics, it was all taken care of! It was a day more perfect than we could ever plan ourselves. Everyone on the team was kind, professional, and genuinely happy to be part of our day. We never felt stressed or rushed. They gave us moments to breathe, laugh, take it all in, and just be together as a couple. Our guests kept saying how perfect everything felt, and we totally agree. Now we're home, still walking on air, and we keep talking about how happy we are to have done it this way and so thankful we trusted this amazing team with our story. Ok so you fell in love with your fiancé, are you ready to fall in love again with the most amazing wedding planners? Your answer should definitely be YES! I won't accept anything less than that. If you accept anything less than that then go somewhere else that will take all your money and leave you stressed out; otherwise, keep reading.

When I say that the only thing we had to worry about was where to eat for dinner the night of our wedding, I'm not joking. For whatever reason that was still the hardest decision to make and Rich & Shelby still made that easy with all their recommendations. They took care of literally everything! EVERYTHING! That doesn't come with giving a little something....trust. You can definitely be as involved as you want to be in this process, and we decided to let the collective do most of the decision making, all we had to do was send the inspo. Their photographer and videographers are incredible. I didn't even do a hair and make up trial, literally met her day of and it SLAYED! Flowers, sent inspo, it was so beautiful that we decided to preserve it in resin. They provide a detailed list of the things you need, so you don't have to think about it. They come up with the entire wedding timeline, they even help you by laying out options so you can choose your own adventure, quite literally. We went off roading for our wedding and had an absolute BLAST!

My husband and I have been to quite a few weddings and we've seen people stressed out throughout the process. We got to date each other throughout ours. It's a lot mentally, emotionally, financially, to plan a wedding. The collective helps eliminate most of that stress so you get to enjoy being engaged. You get to enjoy your wedding day. Working with the collective was the best wedding decision we made and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. Rich, Shelby, their vendors, and entire team are truly amazing and caring people. We will always recommend them for small, intimate, elopement style weddings.

I cannot begin to recommend Rich and Shelby enough. They made the entire surprise proposal process from start to finish such a stress free, well curated, and exciting experience. And not to mention, the pictures are EXACTLY what my fiancé was hoping for. They were extremely communicative throughout the entire process which made it much easier and overall were just really cool people. If you are on the fence about selecting photographer, I mean this wholeheartedly; look no further! And Doug is the coolest dog in the world by the way! Cannot thank you three enough for making our special moment just that much more special!

I mean, 5 stars doesn’t even do them justice. This was by far the best decision I have ever made in my life. We were slightly nervous about eloping and missing out on a traditional wedding. Absolute nonsense. Rich & Shelby organized the single most intimate, stress free, beautiful, fun, exhilarating experience my husband and I have ever experienced. Every detail was thought of. The best part was we didn’t have to do any of it!! We just got to show up.
Things I’ve heard about traditional weddings; “it was a blur, I don’t remember any of it.” “There was so much family drama.” “We barely got alone time because we were visiting with so many people” “I was so nervous I blacked out”. The list goes on.
We left this expierence with an even deeper love for each other than I ever knew possible. It truly felt like the whole day was made for us. Even the weather. Rich and Shelby are absolute angels and I wish everyone could expierence their presence. I wish words could make the reader understand the level of happiness and emotion Rich & Shelby can pull out of a 6 hour experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Our experience with Arizona Elopement Collective was incredible. Rich, Shelby & their team went above and beyond to make our entire experience so laid back and fun. They really took the time to get to know us and get an idea of what we wanted. We even had family complement how Rich, our officiant, spoke like he had known us forever. They took care of every little detail of our day and I honestly never imagined it could be so relaxing and easy. We felt totally taken care of, and our whole day exceeded our expectations! 100% recommend if you want to ditch the chaos of a traditional wedding and feel fully present in the moment with the people you love the most!

Kristen and I saying "thank you" is a massive understatement for how grateful and happy we are that we found you guys and the ceremony you put together for us. Words seriously can not describe it. Both of us and our families were blown away by everything.

In true wedding fashion, Murphy's Law took over the day we flew out and we had multiple hiccups throughout the whole week. However, starting first thing Wednesday morning and throughout the rest of the day, all our stress, worries, and thoughts left us. Thursday morning the two of us said the same thing about the day...it was perfect! Neither of us felt like we had to think, make a decision, or be anywhere but in the moment enjoying what was happening. From the getting ready photos to departing before dinner and everything in between, both of you and the crew you selected kept us laughing, engaged, smiling, and gave us a pure sense of happiness that will stay with us forever.

Thank you so much for doing what you do, this experience was second to none and we couldn't have imagined a better wedding.

Easily the BEST decision we made: booking Arizona Elopement Collective! Rich and Shelby delivered on all fronts- they're incredible humans, they made our wedding planning process fun and stress-free, and day-off logistics went seamlessly! 2 days before our wedding, it dumped snow in Sedona. Rich took matters into his own hands and went out to inspect the trails that were still open. In less than 24 hours, he came up with a new plan that worked out so well, we can't even imagine how our Plan A would have been better!!

We are so happy with how everything turned out from Bridal Yoga (led by Shelby who did a fantastic job), the bouquet/bout, and of course, our wedding photos. The whole team was incredible! Special shout-outs to Bobbie who did an amazing job with hair and make-up, as well as Paige who captured the best day of our lives with beautiful photography. Rich officiated our ceremony and it was the perfect blend of joy, humor, and passion.
