I recently ordered an SUV to help transport our decorations from the church to the hall where the reception was being held. The driver was super helpful and assisted us with the flower arangements. After we dropped off the decorations the driver was proactive and called ahead to the groom's men who had been waiting at the church for him to return. I highly recommend This service. Our wedding was a small and intimate ceremony and after going to 3 other services we thought that we would never find the limo my husband wanted. The staff at Legends were very helpful and took the time to ask questions about our special day. They worked with us to find the right option that fit our budget and made it work. The day of the ceremony Legends came through for us. Even throwing in some flowers as a gift from the staff. We really appreciated it as we knew we weren't spending as much as others.

Had an Amazing experience with Legends. Our wedding was at the Boat House Cafe in central park and difficult to arrange for transportation to get to the park and to the venue. Luckily they had done it plenty of times before and were able to advise us on how to get the passes. The vehicles were awesome. We ordered a Rolls Royce phantom that looked perfect in pectures. My wife loved that the driver took his time to station the car perfectly in the background for our portrait. We had also ordered shuttle buses to move our party from the church to the venue. The buses were new and high end and our guest complimented us on how smoothly everything went. Over all, I would recommend Legends limousine to any bride or groom looking to book transportation for their special day.

I do not recommend using Legends for your wedding. I worked with Millie to arrange transportation for my wedding party and guests to and from our wedding at the New York Botanical Garden in the Bronx. She was very responsive and helpful and the wedding party's limo rides to the venue went very smoothly. The drivers arrived on time, were courteous and professional and the vehicles were very nice. However, the return ride from the venue was extremely disappointing. We hired two buses to take our guests from their hotel to the venue, wait at the venue for six hours and drive them home at the end of the night. The guests enjoyed their ride to the venue and complimented us on how clean, modern and nice the buses were. However, one bus left the wedding early with only ten people on it (it had capacity for over 50 people) and as a result over a dozen of our guests were left stranded at the venue because there was not enough room on the second bus. There were parents with babies and strollers who needed to get home, and some guests had to get off the remaining bus so that the babies could get on. One of my guests called Legends and nobody answered so they left a voicemail. The bus ended up returning at 2:30 am but by that time the remaining guests had Ubered home (the wedding ended at 12:30 am so obviously they didn't wait around for two hours). I asked for a full refund on the second bus since we essentially got a one way trip from it, and Legends Limousine said no, the best they could do was a one hour refund. After much back and forth for a few weeks, they would not budge on this. I was extremely disappointed because this is the only thing that went wrong on an otherwise perfect wedding day, and am extremely disappointed with how the Legends team handled the situation after it occurred.
