The process was easy and everyone that was part of the process was great, easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

On the day of your event, the quality of service makes all the difference. Their ability to pay attention to detail and follow through on their contract goes a long way in making your event one to remember.

This function hall and their catering was horrible. The quality of food was horrible, the dinner was served cold 2.5 hours late at 8:30pm for a 6pm wedding reception, the appetizers were not what we had ordered but instead our guest were served old spaghetti stuck together, and meatballs, and a cut off top of a pineapple (no pineapple just the cut off top on one ???), and bowl of small soggy baby shrimp.

What we ordered and paid for was a hot and cold appetizers including a chocolate fountain, crackers, cheese, breaded chicken, and variety of fruits for appetizers. They ran out of dinner rolls, and the coffee and tea station was never provided. It was a disgrace and unacceptable!!!
