Lauren was incredible to work with. We found her early on after landing our venue and I fell in love with her style. I connected with Lauren for an initial call quickly after submitting the form. She was confident about how a wedding day goes down, easy to talk to, and just so warm. She immediately understood our desire to have very natural, joyful photos that didn't feel too posed. After we booked her, we worked with her to schedule an engagement shoot (she even offered to come to Florida!). My husband and I were definitely nervous to have a photo shoot but she was fast, had a plan, and it felt like we were just hanging out with a friend for an hour. The photos turned out gorgeous and she turned them around in under 10 days with previews the same week.

Leading up to the big day, Lauren made me feel very calm going into it setting up a short prep call, gathering lists for family photos, names of family members, and coordinated with my wedding planner on timing. She was insanely efficient with detail shots and every other photo after. And her assistant was wonderful! I love that she just made me feel so at ease. And the photos....the moments she captured are so beautiful and special. They are better than I could ever dreamed of or put on my Pinterest board. Again, fast turnaround only 3 weeks after the wedding with previews same week of the wedding!

From the first time my husband and I met Lauren, we immediately felt calm and comfortable. She provides wonderful ideas and guidance, makes you feel at ease, and captures the most incredible shots. We did an engagement shoot where Lauren gave us the most perfect photos, even with a last-minute location change, and left us so excited to have the chance to work with her again.

Like every newly engaged couple, we were faced with a million decisions to make. Lauren was one of the best decisions we made. She captured the energy and every beautiful emotion of our wedding day. She seamlessly corralled our family into group shots and efficiently shot gorgeous portraits so we could maximize the time spent with our guests. Lauren brings the energy and warmth that you want to be around all wedding day and we feel so thankful to have had her as part of our day.

To say that we are obsessed with Lauren's work (and her, in general) is an understatement.

Our photographer was one of the most important choices we made during the wedding process. We wanted images that felt natural, airy, colorful (but not oversaturated), joyful, and could hang in our home for decades, which we knew was no small order. My husband and I each culled through dozens of photographers in the Annapolis/DC/Baltimore area and independently made our top three list. Lauren was number one for both of us. When we reached out, we were ever so hopeful that she would be available, and would be as lovely in-person as she seemed online (the Ted Lasso of weddings?!).

Again, even with very high expectations, Lauren far exceeded them. Lauren was flexible, warm, joyful, and professional as we approached our wedding day. Instead of an engagement shoot (we are located in Colorado), Lauren was willing to photograph our intimate wedding ceremony in downtown Annapolis the day prior to our main reception. The first time we met her in person felt like seeing an old friend...which was exactly what this camera shy bride and groom needed! At our large reception, several guests commented how lovely Lauren and her assistant were. They were unobtrusive yet captured all of our special moments and made everyone feel at ease.

After the wedding, Lauren continued to be very communicative. She shared previews via email and on Instagram, mailed us a gorgeous set of prints (ribbon and handwritten note included), and put together a gorgeous wedding album, which she worked with us to refine and perfect.

As we told Lauren, our only complaint is that she lives so far away, as we are sad to say farewell to her as our wedding season comes to an end. Of all the vendors we worked with, Lauren left the greatest impact. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Lauren photographed our wedding in May 2023 and she played such a big role with helping the day go smoothly from start to finish. Rain caused us to pivot some of our plans and Lauren orchestrated everything perfectly. Not to mention the images turned out beautifully! We are so grateful she was a part of our wedding day :)

Lauren photographed my sisters wedding and I was lucky enough to have her do mine. She traveled to Charleston, SC and was absolutely amazing. All of my family/friends raved about her (in addition to myself). She is so fun, and easy to work with and makes you feel comfortable.
