Lauren came recommended to me by my cousin and I am so glad I called her. She took the time during our first call to talk me through everything and really understand what I was looking for. She answered all my questions about location, types of photos, pricing, everything! She was so sweet and so kind! She answered all my emails promptly and on the day of she was amazing with our 3 and 1 year old and captured so many sweet family photos for us. Highly recommend! -

One of our best wedding decisions
Like every newly engaged couple, we were faced with a million decisions to make. Lauren was one of the best decisions we made. She captured the energy and every beautiful emotion of our wedding day. She seamlessly corralled our family into group shots and efficiently shot gorgeous portraits so we could maximize the time spent with our guests. Lauren brings the energy and warmth that you want to be around all wedding day and we feel so thankful to have had her as part of our day. -

To say that we are obsessed with Lauren's work (and her, in general) is an understatement.
Our photographer was one of the most important choices we made during the wedding process. We wanted images that felt natural, airy, colorful (but not oversaturated), joyful, and could hang in our home for decades, which we knew was no small order. My husband and I each culled through dozens of photographers in the Annapolis/DC/Baltimore area and independently made our top three list. Lauren was number one for both of us. When we reached out, we were ever so hopeful that she would be available, and would be as lovely in-person as she seemed online (the Ted Lasso of weddings?!).
Again, even with very high expectations, Lauren far exceeded them. Lauren was flexible, warm, joyful, and professional as we approached our wedding day. Instead of an engagement shoot (we are located in Colorado), Lauren was willing to photograph our intimate wedding ceremony in downtown Annapolis the day prior to our main reception. The first time we met her in person felt like seeing an old friend...which was exactly what this camera shy bride and groom needed! At our large reception, several guests commented how lovely Lauren and her assistant were. They were unobtrusive yet captured all of our special moments and made everyone feel at ease.
After the wedding, Lauren continued to be very communicative. She shared previews via email and on Instagram, mailed us a gorgeous set of prints (ribbon and handwritten note included), and put together a gorgeous wedding album, which she worked with us to refine and perfect.
As we told Lauren, our only complaint is that she lives so far away, as we are sad to say farewell to her as our wedding season comes to an end. Of all the vendors we worked with, Lauren left the greatest impact. We cannot recommend her highly enough. -

Lauren is the best!
Lauren photographed our wedding in May 2023 and she played such a big role with helping the day go smoothly from start to finish. Rain caused us to pivot some of our plans and Lauren orchestrated everything perfectly. Not to mention the images turned out beautifully! We are so grateful she was a part of our wedding day :) -

Lauren made our day perfect and curated the most special memories for years to come! She took so many amazing photos without making us feel that we were taken away from being in the moment on our wedding day. The sneak peek photos were sent the very next day- who does that?! Lauren was so quick in editing all of our photos and we laugh and cry and smile every time we’ve looked through the gallery of photos. I find a new favorite each time I scroll through. I can’t wait to print and hang our wedding photos in our home to enjoy forever. Lauren was so easy to work with, hyped us up all day long, and was quick with all her communication. She made our engagement shoot and wedding photos feel effortless. We will be giving her a call to photograph the next phase of our lives, whenever the time comes! -

Lauren is a personal friend of mine and I wouldn't have wanted anyone else taking our wedding photos. There is something extra special about working with vendors that you know, and Lauren really goes the extra mile for her weddings! We just received our wedding photos and are in absolute awe of Lauren's work and the perfect moments that she captured for us. From the beginning of the process through the end, Lauren was a pleasure to work with. She put my husband and me at ease during our engagement shoot and made us feel like absolute models on our wedding day. She was the most detail oriented vendor we selected for our day and she was incredibly flexible when we needed to reschedule during covid. Having an assertive photographer with a vision makes the day run so much more smoothly for family/bridal party photos and Lauren has mastered the art of providing gentle direction. We felt like she took the time to understand us as a couple and it shone through in the photos of us and we felt like we gained a new friend in the process. Love Lauren! -

Working with Lauren was the best decision we made for our wedding. Lauren is an exceptional and professional wedding photographer and an all around lovely person to be around!! Her work is outstanding and incredibly beautiful.

We love lauren
Words can't describe how amazing Lauren and her team did! We absolutely love our photos and can't stop looking at them. Lauren captured exactly what we were looking for and even more! My husband isn't into photos as much but when he saw both our engagement and wedding photos the first thing that came out of his mouth was "wow, she did that! Lauren is perfection! Her shots are so natural and effortless, and we felt so comfortable around her, even though we are a little camera shy! She was so flexible with our schedules, even shooting our 'engagement photos' the weekend of our wedding since we live out of state and our travel schedules were tight. It was so fun being with her throughout the day, and having these precious photos for the rest of our lives is a priceless gift. I HIGHLY recommend Lauren if you are looking for beautiful and natural photos to always remember your special day! -

Truly the best wedding photographer!!
Lauren is the absolute best!!! Not only does she take the most beautiful photos, she endlessly kind and funny. My husband and I are often very uncomfortable taking pictures and typically look so awkward, but Lauren put us right at ease, capturing such genuine and beautiful photos all in the most stunning locations and light! She really knew how to make our entire family feel beautiful and heard, and had the quickest finger on the trigger to make sure formal photos were as seamless and efficient as possible. We are truly obsessed with every single photo we have from both our engagement shoot and wedding day, and have gotten countless compliments on her work. Lauren is so amazing to work with, I cannot recommend her enough! We had such a good time working with her, and really enjoyed taking our photos. Her photos speak for themselves, as they are so beautiful (I literally can't stop looking at them), but she is also so professional and helpful to work with. We had many changes due to the pandemic and she handled each one so well and actually made the process easier on us! She also finished editing our photos so quickly after our wedding! Lauren is the absolute best! Most beautiful photos
We interviewed a half dozen wedding photographers and as soon as we spoke with Lauren we knew she was the one. Her shots are truly beautiful - she captured us at our happiest and most in love on our big day. And she was a dream to have there - always capturing the right shot, never obvious or in your face, our friends and family even commented on how wonderful she was. We'd hire Lauren again to shoot family photos or big life moments in a heartbeat. -

Lauren is amazing to work with. She is the sweetest human and makes you feel so comfortable in front of the camera - almost like you've been friends with her for years. She was so flexible with our wedding plans changing due to covid and made us feel supported throughout the whole process. My wedding planning was absolutely chaotic (due to a pandemic) and Lauren could not have been sweeter or more professional throughout the entire process. I changed many details on her, including the date and she accepted all of them with a smile. On the day of the wedding, Lauren feels like just another friend at your wedding. She is fun, and so wonderful to work with. Lastly, her pictures are stunning. She captured so many details of the day, that I can relive every moment just by looking through her pictures. Lauren was recommended to me by a friend, and I will forward the favor and recommend her to everyone. -

Incredible photographer & person
Lauren was amazing to work with. From our initial phone conversations, to engagement photos, correspondence leading up to the wedding, and eventually wedding photography Lauren was incredible. She was timely in her responses, flexible with our busy schedules, enthusiastic about our ideas, and reassuring. She made my husband and I feel at ease behind the camera- even when posing in ways we may have felt awkward in otherwise. She captured everything about our day perfectly from start to finish. She also got us our pictures back so quickly! I can not say enough about Lauren. Her 2nd photographer was another incredible person and talent. Looking back we can't imagine our day without Lauren- she kept us on schedule, calm, and comfortable all day long. Do yourself a favor and book her for your big day. -

We had such a wonderful experience working with Lauren -- I can't recommend her highly enough! After browsing her website, we knew that we loved the style of her photos; they're very warm and natural (it turns out this is because she makes you feel at ease even if you're not used to having your photos taken). After getting to chat with her over the phone, the decision to hire her was even easier: she is so friendly and a joy to work with. Throughout the planning process, she was quick to respond to questions and concerns. The chance to get to know her and get more comfortable in front of the camera for engagement photos was really valuable, because we felt that much more comfortable on the big day. On the wedding day, she and her assistant made sure everything went smoothly -- kept us on track and captured every moment so beautifully. We received our photo gallery less than a month after the wedding and have been glowing again, re-living the day through her gorgeous photos. Would hire her again without doubt and would highly recommend to others! -

Lauren did both our engagement and our wedding photography. She is just so kind and has the sweetest, most encouraging voice that simply brought out the smiles in both my husband and I. Neither of us feel very comfortable being the center of attention, but Lauren has a way about her that just puts you at ease. She also takes the time to know more about you and what and who is important for her to capture in the photographs she takes. Beautiful, sweet, TALENTED, wonderful Lauren. If I could describe the experience we had of working with Lauren in one word, it would be: DREAM! Working with Lauren was truly a dream. From the initial meet and greet to the day of, Lauren was attentive, patient, kind, and amazing. We loved every moment spent of working with Lauren and would recommend her to anyone looking to get married.
