Laura is an extremely talented makeup artist and true pleasure to work with! I don’t wear a lot of makeup normally, and was worried that I wouldn’t look like myself in wedding makeup. At my trial, Laura thoughtful listened to my concerns and put me at ease - she helped me find a style that was true to myself while also helping me explore new options. For example, she helped me try out - and fall in love with - false eyelashes. Over the few months before the wedding, Laura was very responsive and helpful in planning the logistics for the big day. On my wedding day, Laura did makeup for myself, two mothers, my maid of honor, and another friend. The results were stunning! I have never felt so beautiful, and everyone was very pleased with their makeup. She kept exactly to the timeline we had planned in advance. Plus, she was super fun to spend 5 hours with and helped keep me relaxed. She even coached a friend of mine through a post-rehearsal dinner hangover! I cannot recommend Laura highly enough.

I worked with Laura in my wedding of July 2015. As a person who typically doesn't wear much makeup, she walked me through my make up trial and day-of application with kindness, a listening ear, and extraordinary patience. She did such a beautiful job not just on my make up but also my mother's, mother-in-law's and some of my bridesmaids. Laura is really the best of the best and I would hands-down recommend her to anyone.

After getting married in June 2014, Laura Mucci remains, to date, one of my favorite people to work with. I cannot recommend her enough to brides-to-be, or anyone looking for a special make-up experience on a big day. Laura did my makeup and that of my seven bridesmaids and mother on the day of my wedding in downtown Boston, and we couldn't have been happier. She is so good at her craft -- our makeup was perfect. Natural, elegant, classy and photogenic, Laura truly knows exactly what she is doing and what fits different skin types, facial structures and personalities (of which we had many!!). I have never felt more confident, on perhaps the most nerve-wracking day you can have. :)

Aside from the beautiful make-up artistry, Laura is simply a wonderful person. She is the ultimate professional, while also maintaining a fun, warm, friendly and easy-going demeanor (I could go on!) Laura was a dream to work with leading up to the wedding .... but even more so day-of. When she walked into the bridal suite, I swear I could feel myself relax... and that is invaluable to a bride!
