She did my bridal shower and wedding makeup and I loved it

Laura did my makeup for a night out and it exceeded my expectations! She gives the most perfect natural/healthy/dewy/glowy look that everyone wants today! Her makeup style is so fresh and gorgeous. Always flawless. She is a perfectionist who I will call for my makeup needs again for sure!!

My experience with Laura was AMAZING.
From our first interaction Laura was responsive, polite, accommodating and supportive.
I had a large party to situate for the morning of the wedding and Laura did so with ease. As the bride she made it so easy for me to just wake up, do what I needed to do, and not worry about everyone else getting their makeup done on time.
Laura collaborated with Rachel Rizzo & Formelle by Hollee (our hair artists for the day) by creating a timeline for everyone being styled which made the morning so easy and relaxing for everyone. Afterwards they were so sweet and excited to stay until we made it into our dresses. Everyone’s makeup looked so naturally beautiful and elegant.
The best part is that she helps you feel flawless while still looking like yourself. I felt beautiful on my wedding day, and it didn’t feel like my makeup or eyelashes were weighing me down at all!

Laura is an amazingly talented artist and a beautiful soul! I loved working with Laura and I could not have been happier with my makeup for my wedding, and my bridesmaids all said the same. My MoH had to have her makeup done at 7 am, and my ceremony was at 4:30 pm, and with just a minor touchup, her makeup lasted ALL night! For myself, I am never pleased with my makeup being done. There is always something I want to fix afterwards. Laura, however, listened to me and gave me everything I wanted. She made me feel so beautiful for my special day!

I was so happy with my makeup on my wedding day! Laura did such an amazing job for me and the entire wedding party. I really appreciate how much detail and thought she gives to the entire process with the questionnaire that she sends out to everyone receiving services! I don't wear a lot of makeup on a regular basis and Laura made me feel so beautiful without feeling overdone. She really goes above and beyond with a cute little canvas makeup bag with some essentials for the night - including some more of your lip color! Book her now!!! Laura is extremely talented, I've never felt more gorgeous than on my wedding day. At the trial, she let me try airbrush since I hadn't had it done before, and I loved it so much we replicated the look on the day of! My makeup was still perfect at the end of the wedding day, and added bonus, Laura is so easy and fun to talk to! Can't wait to see her again at my best friends wedding a year from now :)

I don’t wear make-up on a normal basis and Laura made me realize and appreciate the magic of makeup! She was so understanding when I expressed my concerns about looking extremely different on my wedding day and she worked with me to help me feel good while wearing a full face of makeup. She was so organized and prompt with answering all of my questions and concerns! I had an important job leading yoga at the Music Is Art Festival. I hired Laura to do my hair and makeup for the event based on the recommendation of someone else. The day of the event was hectic and I needed her to come over at 5:30 a.m. Laura promptly arrived, was cheerful, and ready to get to work! (Impressive given the time of day.) She was great at communicating with me in advance and truly listened to my personal needs like my skin sensitivity and hair needing to hold up in an active situation -- evident by the end results. I did hair modeling in the past, so I am picky given my experience getting professional updos of all kinds. It was the best hair and makeup job I ever got!!!! Laura exceeded my expectations in every way. My hair held up to perfection for two days. The makeup was natural looking and flawless. I received lots of complements at the event and thru social media. Laura was also very personal, calming my nerves about the event and leaving me with a personalized makeup goodie bag filled with essentials I may need later like tissues, some of my custom blended cover up, sponges, and more! Her attention to detail with everything was phenomenal. I would definitely hire Laura Amaya Beauty again, and I told her that if I ever won the lottery, she would be my top choice for a personal hair and makeup artist.
