Delicious food
We were so lucky to find Ruby and her excellent catering services! We were looking for a caterer who specialized in Latin and Italian food for our daughter’s wedding. I was surprised to find Orlando, lacking in quality Latin Catering until I had the pleasure of attending a tasting with Latin Raíces. The food was delicious, full of so much flavor, I jokingly asked her if she had a grandmother cooking in her kitchen! The Italian food was just as good. We chose a spinach baked ziti with roasted Italian vegetables as a side. It was divine!! We chose two Latin dishes, including a roasted pork with rice and pigeon peas that was truly authentic, served in an elegant setting. Ruby and her crew were true professionals!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Rubie and her talented staff on August 6, 2016. I was very impressed with her professionalism in working with her. Rubie was just a delight to work with. As the wedding coordinator for this event, Rubie and her staff was more than willing to help out in any way to make this a magical wedding for Gabriele & Alysia.
