The food from Vicki and her team was incredible. We’ve had guests exclaim that the bacon wrapped scallops were the best they’ve ever had, that the prime rib and horseradish sauce was to die for, and my MIL wishes she could relive our rehearsal dinner so she could eat her lobster slower to savor it more. Vicki even tailored our passed appetizers to be 100% gluten free, without even blinking an eye. She was able to customize our menus to fit our needs and taste preferences, all while making the food DELICIOUS for all guests. We got the lobster bake for our rehearsal dinner and it was memorable and a Maine classic. Our guests continue to rave about the mini lobster rolls, prime rib crostinis, and the whoopie pies. I haven’t even gotten to Vicki’s staff and their professionalism, swiftness swapping in hot appetizers before I could even blink, and the signature cocktails which were creative and far too easy to drink. We hired Lake Region Caterers for our wedding at Granite Ridge Estate in Norway Maine and we are VERY happy we did! They were incredible not only on our wedding day but leading up to the big day as well! The food was absolutely amazing, the service was incredible, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly!

We worked with Vicki and the LRC team for both catering and coordination of rentals. We got to do a sampling of some items prior to determining our final menu and we fell in love with everything! Crowd favorites were coconut shrimp during cocktail hour and the mushroom pesto gnocchi - it was so good that our guests ate the leftovers for breakfast the next day!!! People raved about the food for weeks after the event and we loved all of the rentals that Vicki had coordinated, especially the farm tables and sail cloth tent! The best part was the price - it was so reasonable for such high quality food! Thanks LRC team!

Lake Region Caterers were the perfect vendor for our outdoor wedding at Shawnee Peak. They were so flexible when it came to the menu and the change from an indoor to outdoor reception. The food was superb and the service was just perfect. You won't regret working with this vendor!

Vicki and her team might be one of a kind in the ME/NH area. They deliver well-prepared, delicious food, with an interesting menu, at an incredibly reasonable cost. I did not have high expectations for our wedding catering because we had a limited budget, and all the options out there seemed either super high-end or very basic. Then we found Vicki, and she delivered! She had lots of great ideas, and I felt like she knew how to meet the preferences of a large group while still making the menu feel a little interesting, elevated, and customized for us - all within our budget. This might not have mattered as much depending on how well the food and service went, but Vicki and her team blew us away. First, the food was perfectly prepared and delicious. Second, they managed to make sure all 130 of us were served so quickly. None of those sad faces from the tables who are waiting forever! My husband and I and our families were so impressed, and it really kept everyone happy and made the night flow smoothly.

Also, Lakes Region Caterers provided bartenders for our cocktail hour and reception, and they deserve a huge shoutout for their services! We had a huge bar selection and they were total pros at managing it. We heard nothing but very high praise from our guests about them, and one guest in particular mentioned how great they were at remembering people's orders and requests. That is the kind of service you hope for at a wedding! True professionals.

Vicki and her team catered our rehearsal dinner and wedding. I couldn’t have picked a better group of people. They were all SO friendly and the food was amazing! I heard from so many guests after the wedding about the food and how good it was. They even set up all my tables while I was getting ready and didn’t need to do that! I highly recommend them!!

Vickey did a fantastic job, going above and beyond the call of duty! I did all the cooking/food prep but needed an extra set of hands to take over when it was time to get ready for the ceremony. My kitchen was an absolute mess and Vickey not only finished preparing some of the food and set up the buffet, but cleaned up as well. I cannot speak to the quality of food they provide, but the service is top notch! Thank you!

My mother-in-law found LRC while looking for a reasonable yet highly rated catering company to do a lobster bake for our welcome dinner on 5/12/17. We fell in love immediately! From the very start, Vicki was such a pleasure to work with. She was flexible, professional, and simply excited to be a part of our wedding weekend. The cost was extremely fair, and the staff was PHENOMENAL for our welcome party of 120 guests! They supplied pretty much everything we needed, including the table clothes, bibs, and crackers. Vicki even brought us desserts although it wasn't a part of our original contract. Our guests were raving about the food and it definitely was the best way to start the weekend. Would hire them again in a heart beat!
