I absolutely loved working with lace & liberty! Even though I live across the US in a completely different time zone they were flexible, professional, and prompt throughout the whole process from initial zoom call, measurements, and all the in between calls and emailing. My dress arrived in ample time for my big day, and it didn’t need any alterations, it was PERFECT!

I recently visited Lace & Liberty while shopping for wedding dresses and was blown away by the team's ability to offer custom gowns at a reasonable price. Nancy, my designer, was lovely to work with and so accommodating of my large group of guests and detailed requests about a custom design. I would absolutely have worked with Lace & Liberty if there was not a near-perfect gown that I had tried on at a different boutique the day before! Lace & Liberty offered to order many different fabric swatches and work with me on the design for a small deposit (around ~$250) before I even needed to make a commitment. I would highly recommend Nancy and the Lace & Liberty team to anyone looking to design a custom wedding dress.

I had such an easy, amazing experience getting my wedding dress at Lace & Liberty! From the day I came in to get sizes and choose fabric, to me trying up and picking up my dress was seamless. Joy is an amazing designer, and everyone was so responsive and sweet. Anytime I wanted an adjustment, they were able to accommodate and sent me progress photos. When the time came for me to start looking for a wedding dress, I was a bit nervous because I knew I didn't want a white dress. I felt like I knew exactly what I wanted but I was worried that I would never be able to find it. I began searching for places that made custom wedding gowns, anxiously thinking it would be outrageous to bring my vision to life! When I found L&L, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders. They were a dream to work with and they brought every element of my dress together seamlessly. All of my expectations were exceeded! I am beyond grateful for this bridal store and will forever recommend L&L to everyone getting married.

I really loved the dress Lace & Liberty made for me. I reached out in mid-August for a wedding the following February and they were able to deliver. I shared three photos of dresses I had tried on and explained which part of each I liked. Alison had a drawing ready to go at my first appointment, we made just a few tweaks, and that was it – super easy! In fact, it was so easy, I’d spent less than an hour between phone calls and the appointment, that I was a touch nervous. But there was no reason for concern! Lace & Liberty sent me the progress pictures, I asked questions, and was assured that they were executing my vision. Then the dress was ready by the end of October and it was marvelous!

I cannot recommend Lace and Liberty enough! Going the custom-design route and specifically choosing Lace and Liberty was one of the absolute best decisions I made in planning my wedding. I had a specific cut and style in mind that I simply wasn’t finding elsewhere, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable custom-designing my dress was; I think it may have been cheaper than retail, in fact, and I got exactly what I wanted! I had the pleasure of working with Rozie, who not only has not a real eye and artistic talent for design but brings a positive and cheery energy to the whole process that made it truly enjoyable. She was able to advise me about what would work best and translate my vision for the dress into a reality that exceeded my expectations. The entire team at Lace and Liberty is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive, and was so patient, flexible, and upbeat through various challenges, including a tight timeline to begin with and my changing weight. It is truly a well-oiled operation with a personal feel and touch. Five out of five stars!

I went to many wedding dress stores to try and find a dress that felt like me, but I struck out. I finally found Lace & Liberty because I found a skirt I liked somewhere else, and they can make wedding separates. When I went into the store I worked with Rozie and tried on some of their gowns. She listened to what I wanted and helped me find one that I loved! The price was comparable to the other dresses I had tried on, but I could pick all of the details that I liked. It was a fabulous experience. My dress fit perfectly. I only had to do a small alteration to the bust because I chose the wrong cup size. I'd recommend Lace & Liberty to anyone!
