Founded in 2011, La Vie Event Rentals has been providing quality party equipment rentals to the community for over a decade. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that every customer has a great experience, from start to finish. We started as ML Event Rentals. Throughout the years, we have created a relationship with our clients, helping them celebrate different occasions and stages in life. We have provided party equipment rentals in many weddings, graduations, baby showers, birthdays and corporate events. We recently changed our name to La Vie Event Rentals.

"La Vie" is a French term for "The Life" Inspired by my late mother-in-law who immigrated from France.

We are one of the foremost specialty event rental companies in town, bringing to life thousands of events and celebrations throughout the decade. We offer a wide variety and a large inventory of specialty event rental products in the market.

We have been family-owned and organically grown since our start. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, style, and innovation.

Great professionals!

They are nice and professional, and their rental products are of great quality. We had rented the stage package for our Hindu ceremonial wedding. The evening before the wedding was so windy that it wasn't possible to get the stage ready. Seeing us worried, they offered to come back early in the morning to set it up. This was a freezing cold Saturday morning, and I knew they don't work on weekends, but still, they offered to help and saved our day! We highly recommend them for all kinds of event/wedding rentals.

Jenni went above and beyond!

Our daughter had to postpone her big wedding due to COVID, so we had a last-minute pop-up wedding in downtown Austin. We had to decorate the venue ourselves and were running out of ideas and time. I came across ML Rentals via a Google search and have to admit, saw the reviews and thought, this is someone I can trust. I didn't assume they would be able to accommodate us on such short notice but I had to try. Jenni was helpful, courteous, and went out of her way to get us the decor we needed as fast as possible and on time. I would not just recommend them, I personally plan to use them for our next special event. Prices were reasonable, they have a great selection and I am glad I found them!

ML Events provided the tables and chairs for my daughter's wedding. They were the first vendor we booked after we found the venue. Jenni was easy to work with and so accommodating as we finalized our numbers in the weeks before the wedding. We found their prices to be super reasonable! The day before, I added a few things I had forgotten and she was so patient and helpful to make sure I had everything I needed! The day of the wedding, they made sure everything was set up just the way we wanted and were so accommodating when we needed to change the arrangement of some tables! They were so nice and helpful from the time they delivered, set up, and took down. We are so glad we went with ML Events!

I definitely recommend ML event rentals, they are very professional and super accommodating. She let us pick up the day before so we weren't rushing to get things together the day of. She also let us hang on to things until Monday since we were beat on Sunday and didn't want to rush to away from out of town guests returning. They had a huge selection to choose from and the linens were really high quality materials. They are super affordable and I saved so much money and got way more than I originally anticipated. Thank you!!!

We are very pleased that we chose MLEvents for our wedding rentals. We told Jenni what we had in mind, she showed us several options, offered suggestions and we got just what we wanted and saw how it would look beforehand. On the day of our wedding the unexpected cold snap was a problem but they went out of their way to provide patio heaters, saved the day. They provided everything we ordered on time and picked it all up on time. Thank you Jenni, and we're glad we stayed local.

I could not ask for a better company to assist me on my daughters special day. Mrs. Jenni was patient and reliable. She helped me throughout the process and assured me with her expertise. Her linens are very clean and nicely ironed. The variety of choices are great! I will definitely use her again for my special events!

Jenny is awesome! She gave us awesome prices on chair covers and table linens for our wedding. The best deals we found during our planning process. She is very sweet and knowledgeable. Also, she'll come set up the linens for you if she's not doing another wedding that day. Definitely recommend!
