We loved working with Out Back Party Rentals!!!

Out Back Party Rentals took phenomenal care of our wedding and we were ecstatic with the quality of our rentals. I will definitely be renting from them again. We are so very thankful to Robert and Molly for all the hard work they did for us and all the kindness they gave me whenever we wanted to change anything. We will keep supporting a small business in our town and will encourage all our friends to only rent from Out Back

Bob from Out Back Party Rentals came to our rescue TWICE!!! We had rented a tent from a different company and when they were setting it up the day before the wedding, we were told it was too small for the amount of guests we were going to have. So Bob brought in some extra tenting to make it big enough for everything to fit. Also, we had a slideshow at our rehearsal dinner and the venue provided the projector equipment. My husband could not get his computer to work to show the slide show on the projector so Bob quickly went to get his computer and set it up just in time for our rehearsal dinner. Bob was extremely helpful and I definitely recommend him for all your event rentals. Thanks Bob :)

The team at outback party rentals did a fantastic job of working with my honey and I when planning our wedding from out of state. They were professional, kind, and personal. There selection was varied and they were able to accommodate our every need. The staff even hung lighting that we provided! They even came after the wedding when a storm hit the venue to clean up early! I would highly recommend this vendor to future partying people! :)

Outback Rentals provided all the rentals for our wedding. We were recommended to them through our venue. They were always so great when I called and made all my millions of changes and additions for our date! They did a fabulous job, we had everything we needed there and on time for our wedding!

We rented linens and a farm table from Out Back Rentals for our wedding in Spicewood, Texas. Bailey was so fun and helpful. She did a great job working with my desire to have colourful linens and also my now husband's wish for all white linens- her hands were full! Bailey was able to problem solve not only colour options, but was also thoughtful of the details that I did not think of. She was upfront about costs and timelines.

There aren't a lot of rental companies in Marble Falls, so your options are limited. On one hand, in person they were very helpful with ideas and flexible when it came to deciding on a tent as a rain solution. On the other hand, they weren't terribly responsive with phone calls and emails. Prices were reasonable. They delivered but apparently weren't too quick to pick things up (according to the vendor). They are ok, you just have to be very clear on what you want and I think things will be fine.

We had a kind of up and down experience with Outback. At first, we had a very hard time communicating with them. Eventually, my fiance got frustrated and asked for a more reliable phone number, or we were going with a different company. After that, we had no problems communicating, and actually, as we got closer to the date of the wedding, they were very communicative with us. I especially appreciate that Outback was really flexible about our rentals, which was very helpful as we were dealing with bad weather and having to make a lot of last-minute switches. However, on the weekend of, things didn't go so well -- it turned out that the people who came to set up the tent didn't know the property as well as we had originally been led to believe, and there was a lot of back and forth with the property manager. It got worked out, and that was fine, but then they forgot one of the walls of the tent, and told us that because of this (and because we had started later than expected, due to the back-and-forth with the property manager) they couldn't finish setting up the day before the wedding. So, they came back the next day - but they arrived late, which was very stressful to deal with the morning of the wedding. They were nice people, and I appreciate their flexibility in the weeks before the wedding, but I'm not sure we would work with them again.

Horrible Do not recommend

So my first experience there team looked like a bunch of ragged dogs, along with 2 of the older men looked like they used substances, not very fast at all was late on arrival which slowed the wedding down, asked them to set a picture booth up with linens and a frame and from my understanding it was nice but when they did it, it came out half assed. The dance floor kept coming apart and we had to kick it back together, there tents had mold along the walls and roof, there heaters would choose when and when they didn't want to work or be turned on. The communication was not very impressive at all, we wouldn't receive emails for hours after just talking with them. Chairs had dirt and mud on the bottom and when we asked for others or different they where going to charge us more!!!!! In all I would not recommend to any one. Not really sure how they are still going.
