Ann Arbor only has a couple of rental companies, and they were out of the items I wanted for the day of our event so i had to find a vendor who would deliver to Ann Arbor on a Sunday (everyone charges an extra fee for that). It was frustrating to wait a few weeks to find out if Kutcha's would be able to handle our order (they were handling a large event in Jackson that weekend and wanted to be sure they'd be able to serve us), but once they agreed, they were responsive and helpful. I wanted a particular chair that only they and a few other vendors carried which also made the selection of a vendor more difficult. Kutcha's inventory choices are a bit limited, but what they do have is all good quality. Actually, because they only carried three types of glasses-- water, wine and champagnes, we rented water glasses for beer, iced tea, cider and soda, and having only one type of glass for all those drinks turned out to be a better solution. They also only carry cups and saucers which I didn't want for a buffet meal, so I ended up buying my own supply of coffee mugs from Ikea for the same price. I appreciated that Kutcha's called a few days before the event to review quantities, and that on the day of the event, they showed up exactly on time. If I were doing an event in Ann Arbor or Jackson, I'd use them again--their dishes, silverware and glassware are in better condition and are a lot newer than the rental items I found in A2.
