I often had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic information or progress updates.

Over time, deadlines slipped, budget expectations felt unclear due to ongoing upsells, and there were execution issues such as incorrect envelope addressing despite providing accurate details. At one point, I went weeks without meaningful communication during a critical RSVP window, which created significant stress given the international nature of my wedding and guest logistics.

Ultimately, I lost confidence in the process and chose to move forward with another vendor to complete my invitations. I wish things had been more transparent and structured, as I had genuinely hoped for a positive experience.
