If your are reading this review my only advice is you NEED to hire Kristin, she is the ABSOLUTE BEST! I consider myself fairly type A and at a certain point in the wedding planning process I realized that the only way I was going to actually be able to enjoy the day was if we hired a day of coordinator that I trusted. From my first consultation with Kristin I knew she would be perfect. She has so much industry knowledge and I felt like she really cared about making sure my wedding day would be perfect and wanted to help me navigate the sometimes crazy wedding industry. After we hired her, Kristin went ABOVE and BEYOND. She reviewed all our contracts, had meetings with us throughout the remainder of the planning process to make sure we were on track, sent update emails & texts of things we needed to stay on top of, created the master timeline and was the main point of contact for all our vendors. Kristin attended our tasting which was SO HELPFUL as she knew what questions to ask the venue team and what we needed to care about vs what was not necessary. The day before the wedding at the rehearsal Kristin took all the wedding items we had so she could set up everything the next day. She also led the rehearsal itself so everyone knew what to do on the wedding day. Speaking of wedding items & set up, Kristin had an idea to use her candle vases to help us save money on the rentals from the florist and set up those vases herself. I can honestly say that our wedding day was so perfect because of Kristin. I was not stressed at all since I knew she had it covered. She made sure the day went smoothly and that my husband and I as well as our parents could enjoy the day without worrying about logistics or being stressed about something going wrong. If I could go back in time, I would have hired Kristin from the start as a full service wedding planner instead of mid way through planning, she is THAT GOOD. Seriously take my word for it, if you want the wedding day you always hoped for, HIRE HER ASAP before she gets booked.

Kristin literally made our dreams come true!! Our wedding day was by far the best day of our lives & it’s because of her help as our day-of coordinator. We couldn’t have found anyone better!!

She helped us plan & prep with scheduled meetings, visiting the venue with us, organizing our other vendors, & letting us utilize the decorations she has in stock. Her costs are also very affordable!

On the day of, Kristin & her team did so much to make things stress-free. We had some unforeseen changes in weather but that minor adjustment in timeline didn’t stop her. Kristin helped us shorten the ceremony by helping us to adjust the ceremony script so we end before the rain started by suggesting we have our unity painting ceremony just before we cut the cake. Kristin did a fantastic job decorating our wedding space with her team—all the reception & cocktail table decor, ceremony arch, reception backdrops with fairy lights, custom signage for various places, etc. She even had us come see the ballroom during cocktail hour—I was breathless by the work she did. She truly cared about us & the small details (like helping me tie my glitter Keds so the laces were neat & straight lol).

After we got engaged, we started planning for our wedding. We went to a wedding expo to find a band or DJ for our wedding and that's when we ran into Kristin. Her bubbly personality and professional appearance attracted us to her, even though a wedding planner was not on our priority list. We had a brief conversation about some of the locations we were thinking about and thought nothing of it. The next day, Kristin sent me detailed information about great ideas and suggestions, and we were so impressed with her research, we hired her! Kristin was ahead of everything and thought of the smallest details! She stepped in to help with valet to help our guests, she simply made it work, she even picked up our cake! She has great suggestions and finds great deals because she is so creative and talented! She was always on time and went above and beyond with meeting us when we had a meeting with our vendors. I did not even know what questions to ask, and she was extremely organized! She always had an answer, and I loved that fact that I could always call her, and she was always there for me! She knew what I wanted and needed, and I was able to enjoy my wedding weekend! We love Kristin and you will love her, too!

We were blessed to have found Kristin on Facebook after inquiring about a wedding coordinator in our area. Come to find out we are practically neighbors! I can't stress enough what a awesome wedding coordinator Kristin is. I had no idea what planning a wedding entailed but Kristin was with me every step of the way. She not only answered all of my questions, but guided me through out the whole process to ensure I didn't miss anything. Kristin looked over all my vendor contracts and attended all vendor meeting to ensure that everyone was coordinating as needed. When our wedding day finally arrived, Kristin not only help setup/decorate but kept our vendors on track and guided guest when needed. It's the little things that Kristin did that kept my wedding organized and stress free. I'm so grateful for everything Kristin did for us, she definitely went above and beyond to ensure my wedding day was perfect. I couldn't of done it without her!

Kristin was so amazing to work with! We brought her in just a few months before the wedding and she was great with making sure we weren't missing anything in our planning. She kept all the contracts on hand, reached out to all the vendors and served as such a great day-of coordinator - navigating guests and wedding traditions from two very different cultures (it was a Muslim marriage ceremony and reception and we are a Pakistani-Irish couple). She handled everything effortlessly. We're so grateful to have had Kristin to help manage all the moving parts on the day and also leading up to the event.

Planning our wedding became a tough experience with the pandemic but Kristin made it extra special and flawless! During the whole wedding weekend she helped set up/decorate, kept every one on track and on time, and cleaned everything up. She is very friendly but ready to do what it takes to be assertive so every thing runs smoothly. As a bride this was incredible and a total relief. She kept a perfect balance of checking with me on certain details and otherwise being empowered to make the whole experience perfect. Thank you for making our wedding day so so special.

Kristin Jones is professional, fun and helpful. She kept us moving and on time without being pushy. Our first experience with Kristin was 10 days before our daughter’s wedding day and her original Wedding planner/ intern flaked out on her! Kristin stepped in and saved the day!! So, the first call we made after our son and his fiancée picked their wedding date was to Kristin. She worked with their wedding venue and worked tirelessly to make our hopes and dreams for the day come true! Kristin truly allowed us to enjoy the wedding day without worrying about all the details of the day. Kristin Jones is a Godsend!

We hired Kristin for her “day of coordinator” Services. She was completely organized, very dependable and overall amazing! She set up/cleaned up all my personal decorations and organized everything from the ceremony line, to making sure we got appetizers, the first dance and everything in between. Even my husband said multiple times the next day “what would we have done without her?”

We cannot express how excited and pleased we were with having Kristin as our wedding coordinator. Everyone raved about how organized she was with handling both the wedding and reception details.
