I have had many photographers ask me to work within my company and I never turn down a meeting. When I met with Kristen I thought her to be very sweet and sincere. She had a small portfolio of photos so it was hard for me to determine if she had what it took. I wanted to give her a chance as she had just come back home to Hawaii to start work shooting weddings.
