Born in Bellevue, Washington in 1989 and grew up in Kirkland. She attended Juanita High School, where she took her first photography class with her Nikon N75. Shortly after wards, she traveled to Spain and France where the beauty of the world struck her so much that she decided it would become her mission in life to capture the wonders of the earth. Once returned to the US, the N75 died. It was a very tragic death, but because of that death there was the birth of the Nikon D50, the trusty camera that still enjoys it's life with Kristen. Since high school, Kristen has had a number of adventures, moving to San Diego, California back to Kirkland and finally to Bellingham. Not to mention the plethora of furry friends.
