Super Star Party Planner and Coordinator

As a professional event photographer obsessed with details, I am thrilled and so lucky to be able to have Krista Harris as my Party Coordinator for my daughter’s wedding. She is truly a diamond in every possible way. She is brilliant with her timeline and planning in such a way that we have zero worries!!!!!! Her skillset is unmatched. Her personality reveals such strong confidence and calmness that youyy will literally be in the best possible hands. We are!!!!!!!! A GREAT experience.

Krista is wonderful! She listened to what we wanted for our wedding and got right to work picking the perfect restaurant, and vendors. Krista worked with the vendors handling the finer points to ensure everything came together and we did not need to stress over details. We met on Zoom periodically and on the day of EVERYTHING came together as we worked on and Krista made sure everything stayed on track. She didn't push her own vision for our day but made our vision all the better with her suggestions and final touches. I could not have hoped for a better experience working with her.

Above and beyond

Krista was absolutely ESSENTIAL in making my wedding day seamless. She was truly so great to work with and made sure everything went perfectly. The weeks leading up to the wedding Krista reached out and confirmed with every single one of my vendors, created a timeline, helped us organize our drop off items and more. It was truly so relieving to have Krista there with me. She was always around anytime I needed her and took care of any problem before I even knew what happened. She even took tons of photos from the same angle as the photographer so that you have some of your own teasers as soon as the wedding was over! I could not recommend Krista more for any event you have coming up.

A Lifesaver !

I initially spoke to Krista during the summer of 2020. I was looking for a wedding planner who could help me navigate, not only regular wedding craziness but also the pandemic. She was great over the phone and I felt confident that she’d be able to do a great job. Flash-forward to early 2021, after two postponements and many adjustments to what our original wedding day and vision looked like, I reached out to Krista again because our initial interaction went so well. Krista dived right in and was able to help bring some calm to all the craziness that was taking place, she’s extremely organized, helpful, smart, gives great suggestions, and she always tries her best to be accessible - which is so important during those really hectic last weeks before a wedding. My wedding day would not have functioned smoothly without her. She worked seamlessly with all my vendors so that my husband :) and I could enjoy our day. I am so grateful for her positive energy and organizational skills. We got numerous compliments on how great she was. I would highly recommend Krista for your big day, and I would work with her again in a heartbeat. She was a lifesaver and a stress-saver! :)

Above and Beyond the Call of Duty

Krista Harris is a day of wedding planner, but for us she was a lifeline as we faced the constant upheaval of our ever changing wedding due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

She worked with us throughout the process, coordinating with vendors on date changes and venue changes which was an immense help. She is the ideal professional and she became a confidante and sounding board to my wife during the difficulties we faced when we did not even know our event would actually happen.

She has our fullest recommendation as she provided a piece of mind for the bride and groom before, during and after the wedding.

Seemless & Worry free :)

Krista has worked on a few events with me and other friends. She has always done a stellar job. She is very organized, creative and detail oriented. If she is a part of your event than you are in great hands!

Krista was absolutely amazing to work with. I feel lucky that she was referred to me. Without her I don’t think I could have put together such a successful event. Every detail was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I didn’t have to micro manage any aspect. We had a few initial conversations via phone and email and she immediately knew what I wanted! It made my already hectic life so much easier! I would definitely work with Krista again!

I cannot recommend Krista and her event company enough! She planned my wedding, both my daughters christenings and both first birthday parties. She planned all these events with extreme professionalism, creativity and knowledge. She took my ideas for each event and was able to bring them to life.

Krista was an amazing coordinator! Every step of the way she was there helping me. In the beginning she was there helping me choose ideas and vendors. In the middle she was there to make sure I had done everything needed, and kept me on track. On the day of, she was there to make sure my dream came to life at the venue and church. She was even there to help me get into my dress! Knowing she was a part of my wedding I did not worry at all about anything. She was the point person for any questions or concerns. I didn’t not need to assign a family member or wedding party member to the task. My bridal party and I got to enjoy the wedding stress free! I whole heartedly recommend her to any bride and groom. She was fantastic!
