Katy is the best! I was a bridesmaid in my friend’s wedding who used Katy’s services and knew I would eventually hire Katy as well (4 years later)! She made sure our wedding day - and whole month of - ran so smooth. My husband and I had a loose vision and she brought it all together and executed it perfectly! She’s well connected with local vendors so her communication was stellar. We cannot thank her enough for making our big day stress free!!

Best coordinator experience. Katy was very responsive and on top of all information as soon as our first meeting ended. She brought up every possible topic and suggestions that even I didn’t think of myself. She also does coordination, decor, and flowers which she coordinates flowers with someone else. We were so lucky to find Katy who truly does it all and have those major items wrapped up together. Katy was super understanding and flexible with any changes we had and worked with us to make sure the venue and layout of the night was perfect. The timeline went incredibly smooth as well which was all made up by Katy. Katy was truly a lifesaver in the process and I only wish I had found her earlier in the process. She was so kind to my husband and I, as well as our families and answering any questions they have.

My husband was skeptic of the expense of a wedding coordinator. I work in the wedding industry and told him how weddings with coordinators just run smoother. Katy came recommended from my boss, although I had not personally worked with her before.
Bottom line- I showed up to the venue, put away my phone, grabbed a mimosa, and Katy guided me through the rest. Problems came up (band on the lawn was too hot, so she came up with plan b and, of course, my dress broke! Lol) but Katy just stayed so calm and kept me calm. After the wedding, my husband agreed, it was the best money we spent!

There are not enough words to express the dedication Katy has with her clients. She is amazing! I am one that normally is the planner of events, whether it be for my job or helping friends with their events. With that being said, I may have a little bit of a control issue because "everything has to be perfect". Katy was there with words of advice in my freak out moments and reassured me that she will take care of everything. She introduced me to other vendors which I used for my wedding that were just as amazing as her. They work so well together and everything just flows. She totally took control and I did not have to worry about a thing. From her overseeing all contracts and finalizing everything with the vendors, to offering suggestions as well as decor of her own, making sure my husband and I were where we needed to be at all times without making it seem like we were being pulled in a million directions, to making sure we had water or our drink of choice at all times at the wedding. From the biggest of things to the smallest of things, I could release what I felt like "I had to handle" and let her do what she is best at so we could enjoy our day. My perfect day was exactly that and I could not have done without her. She is one of the best!

I would give Katy and KNZ Weddings more stars if I could. I got the partial planning package and had Katy’s help to review contracts and provide recommendations. On the wedding day, her timeline was clear, her coordination with the vendors etc. were just chef’s kiss overall. By the end of the night even my family and friends were all praising that my wedding coordinator was so good. Thank you soooo much Katy. I will recommend you to all of my Houston people!!
