Best wedding coordinator!

Katy is the best! I was a bridesmaid in my friend’s wedding who used Katy’s services and knew I would eventually hire Katy as well (4 years later)! She made sure our wedding day - and whole month of - ran so smooth. My husband and I had a loose vision and she brought it all together and executed it perfectly! She’s well connected with local vendors so her communication was stellar. We cannot thank her enough for making our big day stress free!!

10/10 Recommend for a Smooth Wedding!

Best coordinator experience. Katy was very responsive and on top of all information as soon as our first meeting ended. She brought up every possible topic and suggestions that even I didn’t think of myself. She also does coordination, decor, and flowers which she coordinates flowers with someone else. We were so lucky to find Katy who truly does it all and have those major items wrapped up together. Katy was super understanding and flexible with any changes we had and worked with us to make sure the venue and layout of the night was perfect. The timeline went incredibly smooth as well which was all made up by Katy. Katy was truly a lifesaver in the process and I only wish I had found her earlier in the process. She was so kind to my husband and I, as well as our families and answering any questions they have.

The best Coordinator!

Katy was the best!! I absolutely enjoyed working with her to make my dream wedding come to life! She was exactly what I was looking for when it came to day-of-coordination. She handled everything months prior and on the day of. She really values her clients and makes sure you feel comfortable and happy with everything. She holds such a special place in my heart because she was such a big part of making sure I did not stress on the day of my wedding. Best money we spent; he agrees!

My husband was skeptic of the expense of a wedding coordinator. I work in the wedding industry and told him how weddings with coordinators just run smoother. Katy came recommended from my boss, although I had not personally worked with her before.
Bottom line- I showed up to the venue, put away my phone, grabbed a mimosa, and Katy guided me through the rest. Problems came up (band on the lawn was too hot, so she came up with plan b and, of course, my dress broke! Lol) but Katy just stayed so calm and kept me calm. After the wedding, my husband agreed, it was the best money we spent!

Wedding coordinator

There are not enough words to express the dedication Katy has with her clients. She is amazing! I am one that normally is the planner of events, whether it be for my job or helping friends with their events. With that being said, I may have a little bit of a control issue because "everything has to be perfect". Katy was there with words of advice in my freak out moments and reassured me that she will take care of everything. She introduced me to other vendors which I used for my wedding that were just as amazing as her. They work so well together and everything just flows. She totally took control and I did not have to worry about a thing. From her overseeing all contracts and finalizing everything with the vendors, to offering suggestions as well as decor of her own, making sure my husband and I were where we needed to be at all times without making it seem like we were being pulled in a million directions, to making sure we had water or our drink of choice at all times at the wedding. From the biggest of things to the smallest of things, I could release what I felt like "I had to handle" and let her do what she is best at so we could enjoy our day. My perfect day was exactly that and I could not have done without her. She is one of the best!

AMAZING Would give more stars if I could

I would give Katy and KNZ Weddings more stars if I could. I got the partial planning package and had Katy’s help to review contracts and provide recommendations. On the wedding day, her timeline was clear, her coordination with the vendors etc. were just chef’s kiss overall. By the end of the night even my family and friends were all praising that my wedding coordinator was so good. Thank you soooo much Katy. I will recommend you to all of my Houston people!!

Highly recommend

Katy went above and beyond my expectations, and I have pretty high expectations for people. We had hired her mainly for wedding day coordination plus some planning time before. Katy took so much of her time to answer all of my questions. We went to her office two times and she spent dedicated time with us during our visits. She also went out to the venue for a walkthrough. The day of the wedding she really made sure everything was on track. My parents mentioned how much they appreciated her and how it helped take a lot of the burden off of them. My grandmother is older and has limited mobility, which puts a lot of stress on my mother. Katy made such an effort to help take that stress off of my mother. She brought my grandmother her dinner, which was a smaller detail that everyone appreciated. There are not enough words to express how glad I am that I hired Katy for our wedding. Thank you Katy!

Definitely Worth It!

Katy has been the best wedding planner we could have asked for! Reed and I were having to plan our wedding out of state and had no idea where to start. Katy made the process so easy and she thought of details that I never would have even thought of! Additionally, she lined up a team of vendors who have all worked together many times, which made the day of our wedding seamless. We had multiple wedding guests tell us after the wedding that it was the most coordinated, beautiful wedding they have been to. Katy has been wonderful to work with and we could not have picked anyone better!

The best!!!

Words cannot begin to describe how AMAZING Katy was throughout uplanning and running our special day. Most people look back on their wedding and talk about how stressful it was or not with the money. Not me and that’s all because of Katy! We purchased her all inclusive package and I HIGHLY recommend it. It was like having a wedding planner without breaking the bank. She works so well with her vendors which made the day go seamlessly. She helped my dad throughout the day as he had no idea what he needed to do as father of the bride; which gave me so much piece of mind. We had a couple issues arise with the venue I picked out but Katy was on top of it during the planning, day of, and even followed up with me after the wedding. I seriously would get married again just to be able to work with Katy again.

Absolutely Amazing

It has been a bit crazy since our wedding took place on 04/01/23, so I am just getting to this review. Katy was amazing. If you are someone who second guesses your decisions Katy is the right person for you. All the visions I had in my head, I told her and she made them look more beautiful then I thought possible. She kept me calm through the whole day. Everything went as planned and Katy handled everything!! I can’t thank her enough for everything she did for my husband and I on our special day. We had been planning for 2 years and she really made all our dreams come true the day of the wedding! I couldn’t have asked for a better, caring, attentive, detailed day of coordinator. Katy provided top notch service for us on our wedding day. l

We chose Katy a year and a half prior to our wedding day. She organized and planned every tiny detail from which vendors to include by inviting me to different open houses at different venues, putting together budget spreadsheets, keeping track of deposits, staying on top of payments we made, making sure vendors follow through, and coming in clutch on wedding day when one vendor brought the wrong item. She is professional, timely, friendly, and she will make you feel like you are the most important person every time you interact with her. If I could do it again I’d choose Katy every time. 10 out of 10 would recommend with gold stars!

Katy is who you want!

After working along side Katy for several years as a wedding vendor, I knew exactly who I wanted to plan/coordinate my daughters wedding. She thought of every single detail. The wedding day was absolutely PERFECT. We couldn’t have done this without her.

I saw a different side of Katy. This woman works so hard to ensure every single one of her clients have every thing they need and I knew that from the vendor side, but seeing it from a client side was a whole new world for me. Katy is the best!

Where do I even start?! From day one Katy helped me figure out what I was wanting from vendors to centerpieces. I had no idea what I was doing until I met her. She also helped provide literally everything I needed for the venue. She had table cloths, napkins, centerpieces, table chargers, etc. I was also able to get all my florals through her, which was one less thing to worry about. She had every last detail down for our special day, and I know we wouldn’t have been able to pull it off without her! I cannot recommend her enough to everyone I know getting married soon. I’m beyond happy I had found Katy. I know not everyone is sure about getting a wedding coordinator, but Katy was totally worth it. Thank you again for an amazing day!

I originally hired Katy to do flowers for my daughter's 15th and after our first visit, I knew I wanted her to help me coordinate the party. Soon after, my father passed away and I dropped the ball but Katy continued and worked extra to help me not fall behind. The party was so beautiful and a success because of her hard work. She made it so easy to communicate with her and had so many good ideas. 2 months before my daughter's 15th, I had her help me with a small wedding my sister had cancelled due to the recent events. We wanted something small and simple so I asked Katy for help. With only 4 weeks, she made the wedding look like we had been planning this for months. She went above and beyond to help me and my family and I am so grateful for that. She made our process so simple because she handled everything and also kept in touch with me. I will definitely continue to use her for any other events. She is truly the best.

A Review From a Previous Wedding Planner : )

Katy made our wedding day so enjoyable and flow smoothly. Her presence was a critical reason why we were able to enjoy all the beautiful moments we had with family and friends. We trusted her with all our details and she completely delivered. She even followed up a week later with her own videos and photos she had captured on her phone, which was so thoughtful and an unexpected surprise! During the planning process Katy was always readily available by phone or email with a positive attitude. My husband and I live in Dallas and she made everything simple, even with us being out of town. She has a stockpile of wedding items that she let us use free of charge, eliminating random small expenses, which was also nice. Being an Event Director at my current job and a wedding planner for years, I know what goes on behind the scenes at large-scale events, so being able to totally let go of everything and experience your own wedding, free of worry, is priceless. She knows what she's doing - would highly recommend!

Katy was amazing!

We decided on Katy very early in the planning process and she was nothing but amazing! From start to finish she made me feel that she would take care of everything and I had nothing to worry about and man was she so right! I’m a very straight forward person and so is katy. Anything I could’ve thought of that I needed she had an answer for. I had been in several weddings with my close friend group and we had several terrible wedding planners and was worried in the beginning. But Katy eased my worries and took care of everything! From keeping me on track with planning to even taking a meeting while my two year old roamed around with me. She was always quick to respond and if I had a question or concern she guided me to a better way to make a decision. Day of the wedding she was there and once we brought everything in she took care of it all to make sure my tables were set up to the florist and the lights and the dj so all I had to do was relax with my girls! She was beyond phenomenal from start to finish! and if your on the fence with getting a wedding planner I suggest do it! She made my CInco De Mayo wedding a day to remember

Katy is simply amazing!!

Wow, I could write a novel in all the ways Katy showed up for us throughout our planning process/wedding day. We were planning a wedding from out of state and every time we flew into town (impromptu or not) Katy made herself available to us. We did the partial planning and it was worth every penny and more! My wedding day endured a Texas freeze/power outtage. Katy handled EVERYTHING with my vendors from start to finish and was the calm in my storm (quite literally). She took control of the situation and allowed me to have a stress free, perfect day! She was constantly checking on us making sure we were happy and in the loop. Best day ever

Katy with KNZ is the best!!! I was really hesitant at first about getting a coordinator for our wedding but now we tell people that hiring Katy was the best decision we could have made.

Right away, Katy started working on making our vendor list and setting up every little details for our big day way in advance. She has the most amazing group of vendors that she works with so the stress of having to find vendors on your own doesn't exists when you work with her. Before the wedding day, Katy went over every single detail with us from arrival times of vendors, floor plans, the day of timeline, and much more!

Our wedding day finally arrived and the ENTIRE DAY was completely STRESS FREE. I woke up on the morning of our wedding fully confident that everything was taken care of because of how organized Katy was. We arrived to the venue and Katy just went straight to work. I literally did not worry about a single thing that day. It was so easy to just relax and enjoy the day with our bridal parties. Every time I left the bridal suite to try to go help her, Katy would be like "girl I got this!" and she really really did. From start to finish my husband and I had zero worries. it was truly the best day ever.

Wedding Coordinator

Katy was an absolute blessing! We hired her as a partial coordinator which included some help with the planning process/picking vendors as well as coordination for the day of the wedding. Katy was absolutely amazing in every part of planning our wedding! Fantastic, exceptional and amazing!!!

KNZ is amazing!!! They provided the food, florals, day of coordinator, linens and decorations!! Katy and Shannon were so involved in the entire process that I had NOTHING to worry about. The food was incredible as were the florals and decorations!!! I don’t know how I would have gotten through the day without Shannon! She handled everything and made the day so enjoyable and worry free.
I would highly recommend using them as they are true experts in their field!!!

The best help we could have asked for

We were so blessed to have found Katy! She came to our rescue with all her experience. She made the process of planning a wedding totally stress-free. My husband and I were out of town, and we were planning a wedding from the distance and that can be hard, but Katy made it so easy, she responded to every question and gave us a lot of different options, she took care of everything. Our wedding day was perfectly executed, she took care of every detail. The vendors she helped us pick were great! The flowers were so so beautiful, the DJ was incredible, he did an amazing job! the cake was as perfect as I imagined, and everyone enjoyed the food. Hire Katy! You won't regret it!

Katy was a God send to my husband and I! She helped make all our major wedding decisions seamless and not stressful. We also had to navigate a COVID postponement and she helped reduce the stress involved with that. So when our day finally arrived, every detail was perfect thanks for Katy! I especially LOVED my flowers so much!! They were gorgeous! Also, I received this advice as a bride early on... Hire a wedding planner! If its not in your budget, think about this... If planners work with a loyal group of vendors, those vendors will usually offer discounts to YOU for working with your wedding planner. So the money you save with these discounts, can be used to budget wedding planning services. This was especially true for Katy. The vendors she works with love her as well. You won't regret hiring Katy as your wedding planner!

Best decision I made for my wedding

I’m a “COVID” bride and our original location was in Europe. We moved the wedding date twice just to realize that it’s better to move the location back home to Houston, TX as most countries still didn’t allow entry for US citizens. To top it all, we wanted to have it in May and we were left with 5 months to plan it all from scratch - venue, vendors, everything. We met Katy about a month in and just after talking to her, we immediately knew we needed her. She took care of everything for us - meetings, phone calls, vendor coordinations. We just showed up and picked what we liked - cake, food, linens, center pieces, flowers, decorations, seating chart…Things kept on getting done right on time without any issues in less than 4 months! Katy was very professional and on point at all times but she also made us feel very comfortable and at ease.
Nerves on wedding day are on a different level and seeing Katy own every detail and having complete control of everything let me actually enjoy myself while getting ready. I do project management for living and there was a moment when I realized that if I didn’t have Katy, I would have had a breakdown. There are so many things going on in parallel at any moment of the day that unless very well planned and strictly executed, a lot can go wrong.
Katy also did great with last minute changes - we started the day thinking the ceremony will be outside but moved it in right on time due to rain. My maid of honor came to my last fitting to learn how to bustle my dress but Katy ended up fixing it for me too.
Katy was an absolute blessing for us and we finally had our day just like we wanted it thanks to her!

What A Fun-filled Wedding Experience During a Pandemic!!

I found KNZ and several other planners on Wedding Wire as soon as I realized that even after years of jotting notes and planning for my "future" wedding, I wasn't going to be able to tackle this all on my own.

After reading numerous reviews on the planners I had narrowed my choices down to, something drew me to KNZ and I'm glad it did.

From my first contact with the owner, Katy, I felt at ease; a load was being taken off me. After finally meeting her in person she made me feel like we had known each other for years, which made working with her so easy.

Very personable, down to earth, chill, organized and she knows her stuff. She also helped me book other vendors that she had worked with and that was such a relief (Re-spin Entertainment for DJing, etc., Shannon her florist to name a few).

I gave her my vision and combined with her expertise it all came to life. Even after getting injured a month before my wedding which made it hard for me to complete some last minute tasks, she went out of her way to make sure my ceremony went as smooth as possible.

Thank you soooo much Katy for EVERYTHING! I'd hire you again if I got married again (but obviously only doing that once), but would recommend you in a heartbeat.❤

Wow what can I say....Katy Delaup with KNZ was totally my saving grace!! I really thought between myself and mother we could handle everything ourselves on the day of my wedding but when it came down to less that 4 weeks till our special day, I knew I needed help and Katy was the right choice!! I had become so overwhelmed from all the decor I had purchased and probably overwhelmed Katy at our first meeting but like the professional that she is, told me it was all going to be fine and look great. Well it was better than great, our day was absolutely beautiful!! Katy made everything just perfect from the decorating, to her coordinating bridal party, other vendors and most importantly just being a wonderful support system for us (more me) the day of. Lol. Best in the business!

What a wedding! My daughter’s wedding was perfect and I owe it all to Katy Delaup! We could NOT have done it with out her. Due to health reasons my original wedding coordinator quit 2 weeks before the wedding and within 48 hours Katy had us on track, even ahead of schedule with the floor plan, a timeline, contacted all my vendors and everything else that I didn’t already have done. We met with her within 3 days and she organized everything! She took care of every detail and kept us informed of the timeline throughout the night. She was even our personal server making sure not one of us went without a drink or food at all times. Every detail was tended to, every vendor was taken care of and everything was on time. She even took a ton of pictures throughout the event and sent them to me the next day. She is amazing! She will be my first call with my next two daughters! Katy, thanks again, you made the day as perfect as we dreamed it would be.

One Stop Shop

If you're planning a wedding in a short amount of time- hire Katy. She will make your life easier. When I first contacted Katy I told her that we wanted to plan a wedding in about 5 months I thought she was going to tell me that it couldn't be done, but instead her response was "oh yeah girl, we got this!" I chose her full service package and I'm glad we did. She took care of almost all the contracts: food, floral, officiant, cake, DJ, and limo. She always stayed calm and cool even when I was in meltdown mode. She tells it like it is even if it's not what you want to hear but will always go to bat for her brides. My parents were also extremely impressed the way she made the ceremony and reception run seamlessly. Seriously, I can not recommend her enough!

Superwoman!

From day one of meeting Katy, I knew I was in good hands. Katy is sweet and loving but has a totally boss vibe. I booked with Katy a year before the wedding for her day/month of coordination. Katy started working immediately for me – hooking me up with vendors and was there if I needed anything or had any questions. She knows the ins and outs of the industry and her connections are endless. Leading up to the wedding there was of course different concerns, some normal wedding concerns and added covid-19 concerns, and she handled them in stride. She finalized everything for me the months before and 2 weeks leading up to the wedding – creating a timeline, finalizing table seating, speaking with all my vendors and the venue. She picked up linens and rentals for me! I didn’t have to worry about any phone calls, vendor arrivals, or if things were going to go the way they were planned. She worked tirelessly on my wedding day to set up (and take down) my décor and coordinate things I had set up or had even forgotten. I cannot say enough good things about Katy. My only regret is that I did not get a picture with her on our wedding day! We could not have pulled off our day without you. We love you, The Broussards!

Coordinator Extraordinaire

I was referred to Katy by a dear friend. From our initial email correspondence/first meeting, I knew I could trust Katy to take care of one of the most special and important days of our lives! I also quickly realized she's a force to be reckoned with in the wedding vendor community in my area.
She comes with astounding knowledge, connections, and recommendations. I sent her vendor contracts for review to which she responded to immediately. She was quick to respond to emails and texts, (bless her heart), which I very much so appreciated especially with COVID-19 procedures constantly changing.
She was there for me during my bridals, for a few venue walkthroughs (our venue was under construction) and for our florist meeting. Honestly, whenever I needed her, she was there- no questions asked.
After a year and a half of planning, our big day went smoothly and perfectly because of her. She even checked on us during our Honeymoon, which showed me how much she genuinely CARES about her couples.

Other than my groom, Katy was the most important piece of the day. We planned our wedding for 2 years and then had to postpone due to covid. Once we knew our new date, she had all of our vendors set to go in less than an hour. She was absolutely amazing to work with and really took the stress out of everything. Amazing job!

Katy did an absolutely amazing job with coordinating our wedding. She was always happy to answer any questions we had along the way. We found out after our wedding that there were issues with a couple of our vendors. Katy took care of everything so well that we did not know that anything was wrong, until we were told weeks after the wedding. She definitely made the day possible for us to just enjoy our wedding and live in the moment.

Wow I don’t even know where to start! Katy has been amazing since day 1. She was always there to help us and answer any question we had. She gave awesome recommendations on other vendors to use and our day was magical! It would not have been as perfect as it was if it wasn’t for Katy! We are so grateful for her!

Amazing Wedding Planner.

I don't know where to begin. Katy's help made everything so easy, from start to finish she was ALWAYS there for us. I admire her passion for what she does, and let me tell you that she does an EXCELLENT job. Coming from a different city and planning a wedding in 4 months I didn't know what I was going to do, but Katy was there to help. Her suggestions were such a big help and her organization was on point. I used to call Katy in my text msg pretty lady because she is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and most important she always made us feel very special. Also, I can't leave behind Jackie, she was our coordinator the day of the wedding. Jackie was a trooper that day in making sure we didn't have to worry about anything. Jackie is very kind and helped us tremendously that day. Juan Carlos and I are very happy because our wedding was nothing but the BEST for us and for that we say THANK YOU!!

We definitely recommend Katy and her team for anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

Katy, THANK YOU! You are a GOD SENT ANGEL! Carlos and I can not even begin to express how absolutely wonderful you are! Our whole wedding planning process was a BREEZE with you! We wish we could relive yesterday because you made it so absolutely perfect! My favorite memory with you yesterday was when you opened the doors to the chapel for me when I was about to walk down the isle! Lucky to have found KNZ!

I definitely lucked out having Katy as my day of coordinator. I looked around quite a bit before finding her and sending her a message. She responded quickly, worked with our budget, had some good vendor recommendations, and listened to what we wanted for our biggest day. She is very easy to talk to and she really helped make our wedding so amazing. Katy was also great at executing everything on our wedding day so it went very smoothly. I’d definitely recommend KNZ if you need a day of coordinator!! Thanks Katy!!!

Absolutely recommend

Katy exceeded all of my dreams. If I had a dollar for everything I forgot the day of the wedding, I could have another wedding. However, with Katy I never noticed a thing. She was amazing and my mom continues to rave about her over a month after the wedding. She guided me through the whole process and I miss her already.

Katy is a huge asset and a must for your wedding

Katy was recommended to us by a friend who raves about her coordination skills, and they were not wrong. She is amazing! She was always available via text/email, she met with us in person whenever we requested, she had such great ideas and was so organized I seriously do not know how we would’ve pulled off anything without her. Katy is also so calm and collected. I had a little issue with hair/makeup and was running behind schedule on the day of our wedding. Katy didn’t even hesitate, on the fly she made adjustments, did not once try to rush me, and made sure my husband and I were priority. Seriously she’s amazing, I highly recommend her services on your big day.

Do yourself a favor and hire Kelly! You will actually be able to enjoy your day!

Do you want to actually enjoy your wedding day? To relax and NOT run around stressed over every little thing? Do you want experienced honest advice on vendors and tips on how to save money? Then look no further, Kelly is your girl. Honestly, I don’t know if we would have made it without her, haha. We don’t have any immediate family in the area and Kelly took the reins of all the things you traditionally get help from your family with. I personally think she did a lot more than a day of coordinator should be expected too. She helped send us reminders and gave us suggestions for vendors. When she discovered we completely overlooked something (like a DJ… I know) she swooped in, got us a great deal, and moved us along. She did above and beyond what her service entails. People refuse to believe me, but I wasn’t stressed at all on my wedding day, and I am normally an easily stressed person. Kelly had everything handled and I was comfortable just relaxing. I bet there were a bunch of things that went wrong that I didn’t even know about that she swooped in to fix. Do yourself a favor, before our wedding I didn’t even know these existed but get yourself a Day of Coordinator and make it Kelly! Please hire her, I have been a Bridesmaid 5 times before our wedding, and the experience of having a Coordinator was literally night and day. Treat yo’self, cause Kelly will deliver!

Wedding Angel

Katy was our wedding day coordinator on 12/07/19. She is very sweet, genuine and has an awesome selection of vendors that she recommends. She was super helpful in helping me find affordable vendors that I needed. With a 3-month time frame to plan the wedding, she was truly an angel to me. Katy set-up my venue for 200 guests and created a beautiful feel. My fiancé and I really did not have to worry about anything because Katy was on top of it all. The night was magical and she helped make it all happen. In my opinion, everything happened so smoothly but that was probably because we had Katy there. She did everything with great energy and enthusiasm. That is what I loved the most about her. She will look out for you in every way! Thank you for everything Katy! 10/10 would always recommend it! Xoxo. 😀

Your Most Important Wedding Vendor

Katy was fantastic to work with. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She is experienced and knows the ins and outs of the wedding business. She saved us lots of time, money and stress. In my case, she saved me more than her fee. I am beyond thankful she was recommended to me. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, trust me, you will not regret it. You need Katy. Trust me!

Katy made our wedding so much better than I could have imagined. In all seriousness. We hired her as a day of coordinator and she did so much more than we expected. We met with her multiple times through the planning process. She recommended vendors to us who we used, they were all so great! She had idea that you will not think of. She takes care of so many things behind the scene that you can never handle on your own. She made this process so much less stressful on us. I do not honestly know how this wedding could have gone as perfectly as it did without her. The absolute most valuable thing we did was have Katy coordinate. She even took some great photos that our photographers weren’t able to capture. She’s worth every penny, and she is very reasonably priced.

A Wedding Angel!

Katy is truly an angel! From the very beginning she was so kind, real and honest, she made sure we knew what we wanted so she could help put our vision to life. She is super responsive and knows all of the best people to truly make the day so special! She made wedding planning so easy, helped to keep us in our budget and made sure we were staying on track with the timeline throughout the entire process. She has a true passion for what she does and only has your best interest in mind. The day of the wedding we were so at ease and relaxed because we knew she had everything under control. She made the room, ceremony and reception come together so beautifully it was such a magical day for us! Everything ran so smoothly and we didn't have to lift a finger for anything, even the clean up. We, my family and friends are all still singing her praises! I definitely recommend Katy for anyone looking for a wedding coordinator and planner or any event! She is absolutely amazing, we love you, Katy!!

Katy was 100% on top of everything.

I was not sure we needed a wedding planner, but now I’m not sure how we would have pulled off such a beautiful and memorable event without Katy! Katy is very personable, flexible and fun to work with! I changed the schedule several times, met with her at odd hours and called all the time and she was always helpful and kind! You will save money with her amazing contacts and suggestions! Best wedding investment! I actually had a blast at my daughters wedding. No stress!

Truly Amazing

There are no words to describe how truly amazing Katie is. If there was an issue, Katie handled it with professionalism and grace. She organized our whole day and made sure vendors knew exactly what to do. Hiring a coordinator was the best thing I did for my wedding. It was completely stress free thanks to her, and I was able to relax and enjoy each moment of our big day. She is full of ideas, she knows how to make your vision become a reality. Katy made our wedding the best day ever! She handled literally everything, most of which I’m still randomly finding out about because she did it without ever letting me know of the issue. Best Decision!

I did not plan of having a day of coordinator at the beginning of the wedding planning, but I am SO GLAD I changed my mind and got Katy! She was so helpful making sure we had details planned out and time frames were set up correctly. She kept in contact with the vendors also to make sure everyone was on the same page. The day of the wedding she was AMAZING. She was constantly guiding us and making sure we had everything we needed. If there was an issue she was there to help. She honestly helped me relax and enjoy my wedding day by taking so much stress away. If you do not have a day of planner yet- GET KATY! You will not regret it. Thank you Katy for everything!

Wedding Coordinator - KNZ Weddings

Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had Katy apart of our special day. To say that she went above and beyond is a complete understatement. She did EVERYTHING!! Setting up tables, linen, floral, planning, finalizing vendors, keeping me on track... even scrubbing my dress when I had mud on it. I highly recommend Katy, she is the sweetest person. The MOST AMAZING Wedding Coordinator

It's going to be difficult to put into words how I feel about Katy Delaup. Basically, Katy is the wedding fairy godmother! She is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. Katy is extremely organized, professional, and patient. Our wedding was planned months before it was to take place, which took an enormous amount of stress off of my shoulders. When the wedding got closer, I started changing my mind about a few things and she was very understanding and flexible. On the day of, I didn't worry about a thing because Katy was there. Our big day was AMAZING because of everything she had done for us. My husband, family, and I cannot thank her enough!!!

Katy is amazing!!!!

Katy was very helpful with all of our planning. She was very quick to respond to every question that I had and responded usually within a few hours. She showed up on our wedding bright and early and had everything put together hours before the ceremony even started. No one had to stress about anything at any point because of her. She was even taking pictures during this point and while I was getting ready because my hair and make up people were running ahead of schedule and started on me before my photographer got there. The entire night ran so smoothly and I am so glad we were able to use her. Thank you so much KNZ Weddings and Events. You are turkey amazing at what you do and you made our night so special.
