I’m the mother of the bride and I was able to be “present and in the moment” all day. She was on top of every detail, everywhere always and yet quietly in the background. I did not have to speak to any vendors the entire day; the caterer tried to ask me a question and I confidently shooed her away to find and ask Kaitlin. The perfect summary of the entire day is how it ended: I was lingering with a few remaining family when she approached me smiling, handed me my car fob (which she kept track of all day) and said “Your car is pulled up, gifts are loaded, motor is running, a/c is on, parking brake is set. Drive safely!” Wonderfully efficient! Thank you Kaitlin!

As a MOB of 2 brides in under 2 years, I cannot tell you how much appreciation we have for Kaitlin. She worked with the bride and groom to help them create their dream wedding while being budget-minded. Every vendor she recommended was top-notch. She was the perfect blend of fun and creative yet super organized, efficient, and detail oriented. Kaitlin of KM Weddings was the head coordinator for a recent wedding at my venue. She was organized and highly communicative ahead of the actual event that kept all of the vendors part of the team. She was calm and kept the day running smoothly making it the perfect day for the bride. I am looking forward to working with her again and would highly recommend her!

Kaitlin knew what I needed before I even know what I needed! As a Covid bride, I was full of stress before Kaitlin. Once we reset our date and I spoke to all my vendors but the previous planner I had for maybe a month couldn’t do my new date. I was so heart broken that I avoided wedding stuff for a few weeks. When I realized our new date was for sure going to happen, I was grateful enough to find Kaitlin!! She handled everything for me from then on when it came to communication between the vendors! She kept checking in as our day got closer to see how we were doing. Apparently, on the day of, we had a bridesmaid dress issue she fixed without me knowing until the my bridesmaid told me what happened after the ceremony and a groomsmen needed to be replaced the day of and I had no idea until the actual ceremony!! Whole wedding party and all the family and guests gave compliments all night about how friendly and on-top of everything she was! During the wedding, she always made sure my husband and I were ok and asked if we needed anything. Vendors also appreciated the communication she had with them.

Kaitlin’s superior organizational and communication skills ensure that our event was flawless. During the planning process, Kaitlin assisted with interviewing vendors, making appointments and even took the time to make the groomsmen gifts. Our the wedding day, everything ran like clockwork and the wedding and reception could not have been more perfect. I highly recommend Kaitlin for your venue!
