Catie is literally a one-of-a-kind photographer! It seems so rare to find someone who is genuinely SO talented in her photography and style and attention to detail and who is also such a sweet, sincere, warm person. She made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera and captured everything so perfectly! I literally cannot recommend her enough and I can say that I will definitely not be looking anywhere else for a photographer - for any future photo needs I have I will definitely be coming back to Catie!

We absolutely loved working with Catie! She was one of our favorite vendors and would pick her again if we were to do it over! She has such a great, positive, fun, and calming energy about her. She is very personable and took the time to zoom and get to know us before the big day. My husband and I were very nervous to be in front of the camera but she helped loosen us up and made us feel comfortable. We really liked how she gave direction during the shots and told us exactly what to do, where to place our hands, how to angle etc for the best and most flattering shot. She also let us be us and stay true to our personalities and indulged us in silly or specific shots we wanted. She is so much more than just a photographer! She sent us guides and tips on how to prep for your shoot with her from wardrobe, hair, makeup, places, etc. She's a good one and we'll definitely continue to use her to document upcoming big life events :). Oh...also, she got us our photos back so quickly after the wedding!! We loved that along with sneak peaks literally the next day!

Booking Catie Ann Photography was probably the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. From the moment I met her at the McKinney Bridal Show, I immediately knew that she was special. My now-husband and I met her for coffee and instantly hit it off, joking and laughing like old friends. Not only did her portfolio impress us, but her wedding packages featured everything we wanted at a great price. I loved that she included an engagement shoot and a bridal portrait shoot, because it really helped me feel comfortable in front of the camera by my wedding day. Throughout the entire process, she made us feel like we were the most important and special couple she was working with! While we were shooting formal portraits, her encouragement and direction made me feel absolutely beautiful. On the day of the wedding, Catie was so calm and collected, and I actually turned to her several times for advice, opinions, and help outside of the duties of “photographer.” My favorite parts of our wedding day were moments that were shared by Catie, my husband, and me such as our first look and sunset portraits. After the ceremony, we snuck off away from the venue and took amazing pictures in the cotton field right as the sun was setting. Catie perfectly captured the love between us. Every time I look through our pictures (which is all the time!) I am brought back to the best day of our lives in a very visceral way. She captured all of the little details, the moments shared between our friends, my dad’s hidden tears, and kisses snuck on the dancefloor. Not only will I refer Catie to literally everyone I know, but I will continue to use her services for as long as I am living in DFW.
