From the moment I started corresponding with Kirsten, I knew that she was exactly the type of person I wanted to work with on our wedding day. She instantly understood our intimate destination wedding and was both encouraging and helpful throughout our planning process. The fact that she and her husband were married at our venue last year was SUCH a valuable resource, and she always found time to respond to the silliest of my questions- even when she was 9 months pregnant! Our last minute additions of a second shooter and rehearsal dinner photography (on the 4th of July!) were immediately accommodated and Kirsten rolled with every single crazy idea our friends and family had for photographs (I apologize again).

Kirsten's work is so unique and beautiful and truly speaks for itself, but I really want to express that we are absolutely thrilled with our images. Her eye for capturing intimate moments throughout the day was exactly the reason I knew she was right for us. We were married in a beautiful location overlooking the ocean and the cliffs, but I wanted someone who would equally capture the beauty of the scenery and the small, personal moments that made up our wedding weekend. Kirsten took the time to get to know us leading up to the wedding and throughout the weekend, and her work reflects as much. She is also such a calming and encouraging presence on the day of the wedding. With such a small wedding, our vendors really felt like friends by the end of the weekend. I will never forget her taking the time to chat about photography with both my father and my father-in-law, as well as taking the time to make sure our first look was exactly what we wanted.

I know Kirsten has a long and amazing career ahead of her, and we are so grateful that she was able to capture our wedding and be part of our day. Thank you, thank you for everything!

My husband and I are both journalists who have photography experience, so it was very difficult choosing someone to capture our special day the way we imagined. But after searching through dozens of photographer websites as I planned my wedding, she was the one we chose to be our wedding photographer for our big day in June, and working with her was such a great experience. Kirsten is an amazing photographer and I couldn't have asked for a better person to capture our wedding day! She made sure we got exactly what we wanted and needed. She provided us with the most amazing pictures that were even more beautiful than I could have imagined. I asked her to do a trash the dress session and she was waist deep in the freezing cold Gulf Of Mexico with no questions asked!!
