We worked with Kerri for our July wedding at the Mad River Barn in VT. Kerri was absolutely amazing every step of the way. She is highly organized, professional, kind, warm, calm, and even-keeled. Kerri was an amazing communicator throughout our wedding planning process and we really enjoyed meeting with her remotely to prepare so that when we actually met on the day, it felt like meeting up with an old friend. Her photos are STUNNING (I haven't even gotten all of mine back yet, but I just couldn't wait to write the review!) and she really knows how to capture the joy and the feeling of the day. Kerri was also so kind, gentle, and patient when I was running behind and when the skies opened up an hour before the ceremony. I got very overwhelmed and Kerri was so reassuring and calm in letting me know that everything was fine, it was a normal reaction, and that everything would be okay. Our wedding party and family members also had amazing things to say about Kerri, she made everyone feel quite comfortable, and she pivoted seamlessly to take some unplanned group shots that popped up on the day and felt important. Highly, highly, highly recommend Kerri!

I can't say enough wonderful things about working with Kerri for our wedding! For the months leading up to the day she was incredibly helpful and responsive with nailing the details, and accommodating as we worked on our end to figure out day of timing. Our wedding was outside during the day, under a tent from day to night, and indoors at night, which posed a lot of lighting challenges, and Kerri handled them beautifully - we came away with photos that captured the story of our day from start to finish, exactly what we wanted, and everything was delivered to us on time and as promised. Not to mention she has a very calming and happy presence, ideal to spend the day with.
She even sent us a one-year anniversary gift and special prints. It was clear to us from the beginning that Kerri really cares about the quality of her work and building a meaningful relationship with her subjects. We recommend Kerri 100% and would work with her again in a heartbeat. We really felt lucky to meet her and be able to work with her!

From the very beginning, when we first spoke with her over Skype, it was clear that she was a great fit: she was laidback, knowledgeable, and had great ideas for how to shoot our engagement photos and wedding day, without being pushy at all.

Our wedding was outdoors at a farm outside Boston and was extremely DIY, so it was important to us to have a photographer who was comfortable improvising a bit depending on weather, last-minute timing changes, and so on. Kerri went above and beyond, especially on the day of, stepping in to help out at key moments. Just as one example, when we were running behind schedule, she was pressed into service to help the groom (and all seven of his groomsmen) attach their boutonnieres, and she did a great job with it.

Most importantly, she took fantastic photos! As the bride and groom, it can be really difficult (if not impossible) to keep up with everything that's going on during the day of the wedding, since there's so much going on at any one time and there are so many things to keep track of and people to talk to. So going through all of the photos Kerri took was like reliving our favorite day -- and, in many cases, discovering funny scenes and quiet moments we hadn't known about at all! It's amazing how many different scenes and angles she captured as a solo photographer, from our outdoor ceremony, to dinner under a tent, and finally dancing in the barn.

Not only is Kerri an awesome person who was a great presence at our wedding, but she is also an absolutely amazing photographer. She was the utmost professional in every way, responding quickly to emails, flexible in what she could provide us, and always keeping our interests in mind. She was non-invasive during the ceremony and reception, and yet somehow captured our intimate moments with beautiful photos. Plus the thrown-in engagement shoot was the perfect way to capture our first apartment as a married couple. We would whole-heartedly recommend Kerri for any event!

Kerri Green was everything we could have hoped for in a wedding photographer and so much more. She was so valuable to us when we were planning out the day -- from recommending excellent vendors local to our reception area, to validating our choices about how to have the events unfold (she recommended a DJ to us that far exceeded all of our expectations and kept the dance floor packed all night). She was super flexible in meeting with us - both in person and via facetime/skype - so we could all be on the same page about preferences and the plan for the Big Day.

Kerri captured all of the day's important moments in excellent fashion, and many of the quieter moments as well. Her skilled eye captured so many of our guests smiling and enjoying themselves throughout the day. She also hired a very capable second-shooter to get even more candid pictures of us all in a approach similar to her own. Kerri took fabulous photos of us all getting ready, during the ceremony, indoor church portraits, as well as outdoor portraits - revealing the depth of her talents working with the variable lighting, a roving party of guests, and other challenging elements. And she did it all with patience and a low key approach. Kerri very much wants to get to know her clients and honors their wishes. She is is devoted to getting every last photo you request before the end of the night, while still reading the room and getting there in an unobtrusive way.

Lastly, Kerri had incredible turnaround with the images. She sent us a gallery faster than I could have hoped for, with images that put my mind at ease that the day had been well documented start to finish. The pictures are beautiful and very much the style she had shown us in her portfolio. She followed with a full gallery of the images she had promised and we could not be more thrilled with the results. Thank you, Kerri!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Kerri Green photography. Not only is she extremely talented, but she also really listened to us and what our style is. She picked up on on right away and her photos, what I have seen so far, have been incredible! Great, natural style that isn't too posed. We will cherish her work forever. Also, her assistant Isabel was amazing and between the two of them they took tons of photos to capture our day. Amazing!

Kerri Green was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was professional, honest, and stuck to a timeframe/timeline. She definitely took charge and made sure that everyone was in the photographs, and that me and my husband had some individual photographs with her as well.

We learned about Kerri through my wife’s friend, who shared her wedding album with us. We met Kerri at a cafe close to our apartment, and she brought several wedding books to show us more of her work. The albums were really beautiful, and she seamlessly mixed posed shots and candid moments to create a comprehensive story that felt natural, but hit all the big moments. Kerri herself was super nice, easy-going, and enthusiastic — and she really tried to get a sense of what we envisioned for our wedding photography. We were sold.

Planning with Kerri was a pleasant, easy time. She’s very organized, and her experience with photographing weddings was apparent. Like any good vendor, Kerri was thinking about specific details and moments that we hadn’t even considered. She really helped to get our gears turning in terms of envisioning the kind of photos we wanted and the moments we wanted to capture. Working with her leading up to the wedding was both exciting and calming.

When the day came, all that planning was put into action without a single hiccup. Kerri was always in the right place, taking the right shots, and she got along so well with everyone. My husband and I never once had to stop and think about photos - we knew we were in good hands, and we were able to just focus on getting married. There’s no better gift from a photographer than that.

Well, except for maybe the photos themselves. We received a massive, carefully-organized collection of photos from Kerri, and we were so pleased with how they turned out. Once we picked the photos and sequencing, Kerri produced a beautiful hardcover album, something we’ll cherish for the rest of our lives. Of course, she threw in a few extra goodies, just because Kerri’s like that; she loves photography, she loves working with couples, and she goes the extra mile to make sure that you’re happy. What more could you ask for? Anyone who books Kerri as their wedding photographer is lucky indeed!
