Kelly puts all of her attention into making your wedding uniquely about YOU. My wife and I got married at Quonquont farm in Northampton, MA this summer and had a blast. It was partly because we loved each other and partly because we loved working with Kelly.

When looking for a planner, we had some ideas about what we wanted. But we kept hearing: "You have to do this.." or "I've done this for 30 years..." or "Every wedding needs..." Kelly flipped those expectations around. From day one, she committed 100% to us and did everything she could to make our day what we wanted. She is knowledgeable, organized, and incredibly creative. Most of all, she is encouraging and puts you at ease throughout the process with her warm, positive energy.

She helped take care of all the critical details and put us in touch with some amazing vendors that we absolutely loved. And a few months before the wedding, she actually drove 60 miles from her house to help us pick out a suit and then grabbed drinks with us afterwards. It goes to show you how far she will go for her clients.

Design is a real specialty of hers. The table settings, flowers, and invitations were beautiful. And she topped those off with some thoughtful add ons that really tied the day together. Our guests kept telling us how uniquely "us" our day was, which made us so happy.

Like others have said, you will really miss Kelly when the wedding is over. But you'll never stop appreciating all the work she put in to make it possible. We couldn't recommend her more!

If Disney is looking for their next Marvel superhero, Kelly has to make the short list! My now wife Rachel and I basked in the sunshine of our engagement for a little too long and found ourselves with a pretty bad sunburn. With our wedding date about four months out and a few venders booked, we found ourselves extremely stressed and ill prepared.
Kelly came recommended through my broader friendship circle. From the moment we first spoke on the phone together I felt extremely comfortable and at ease—it felt like talking to a friend (and part-time therapist). She took our half-baked wedding plan and turned it into what can only be described as a perfect day.

From the start, Kelly immediately began to plan the meticulous details of our day working to prioritize the aspects that were most meaningful and important to us. This is a quality that cannot be underestimated—I’ve heard countless stories from friends and family who had wedding planners where it was “their way or the highway”. It was a relief to know that we had someone helping us to achieve the image of the wedding we both wanted.
And while it is in her title, I’d be remiss to not say what a fantastic planner Kelly is! Not only in planning the wedding but planning frequent touch points with Rachel and I to ensure we were getting progress updates and making decisions to help Kelly do what she does best. Her communication was nothing short of fantastic and she was always working behind the scenes on our behalf, saving us the headache of being on countless email chains and phone calls.

Kelly has a wonderfully warm, kind personality that made our weekly talks fun and enjoyable while she helped iron out the inevitable stresses that arise throughout the planning process. I can only promise that if you higher Kelly, not only will you be thrilled with her as your planner, but like Rachel and I, you will be sad when the weekly check-ins with her are over.

Where do I start…! From the moment I met Kelly, she radiated love for her job. From day one, Kelly cared about us as if she were planning a wedding for her own sister or brother. She is warm, kind, and clearly LOVES love. Not only is she a wonderful person to be around, but she is a phenomenal wedding planner. She is a wonderful communicator, and always made me feel at ease that everything was going to be ok (even when planning a wedding during COVID). Kelly’s love for her work was evident on our wedding day. Countless guests told me it was the best and most beautiful event they have ever and will ever attend. Every last detail was accounted for in a way that felt effortless (and believe me it took a LOT of work on her part!) I feel like I gained a forever friend in Kelly and recommend her with the highest regard.

Kelly is the closest thing I've ever had to a fairy godmother. Our wedding was 9/06/2020, and was originally supposed to be a giant bash with a huge band at a bowling alley. When COVID hit, we knew our plans would have to change, but we didn't have the motivation or feel the excitement to plan another wedding. Enter Kelly.

Kelly helped us plan the most beautiful "microwedding" (12 guests) you could ever imagine. She helped us plan THE ENTIRE wedding in ~2 months. She found the venue. She found the videographer. She found the most beautiful cake you could imagine. She found makeup. She found hair. She found catering. She found rentals. She found an officiant. She found a potter to make us custom mugs for our guests! The list goes on.

The day of she was amazing. She made sure music played at the right time. She organized all the deliveries and pickups. She was the master of all logistics. The day was perfect. A lot of people say they didn't have time to appreciate their wedding fully because they were so busy. Because of Kelly, I was able to take my time appreciating my husband, spending time with my family, and enjoying every minute.

Thanks to Kelly, we have no absolutely no regrets about our COVID wedding. We'd choose to have a smaller wedding all over again. (Though we're definitely going to call on Kelly to help us with our 2 year anniversary bash when it's safe!)

We cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Kelly as the planner for our September 2019 wedding! Putting together a wedding from 3,000 miles away was extremely daunting at first, but Kelly made the process as stress-free as it could have been. She put together an absolutely beautiful design plan with fun local and seasonal elements we never would have considered. Her communication with us and our vendors was flawless, and we are so thankful we worked with her.

We loved Kelly's eye for design. Kelly created a beautiful design plan for our wedding and included many thoughtful details. Everyone needs a Kelly in his or her lives/on wedding day! I got married on 10/19/19 and hired Kelly for month of management and it was THE BEST decision I had ever made. Kelly was professional and organized throughout the entire process. She offered suggestions in the most unobtrusive and helpful way. Kelly’s calm demeanor and always smiling face made wedding planning enjoyable and less stressful. I couldn’t imagine wedding day without her! Hiring Kelly was the first decision we made about our wedding and the most important. We hired Kelly for full planning and she was amazing every step of the way. We didn't have strong preference on design, but we wanted to have an amazing meal. Kelly found us an incredible restaurant in Boston for our intimate wedding. For every vendor selection, Kelly gave us a manageable list to choose from with all of the information we needed to choose a few to interview or tour. Having Kelly with us for the tours was also crucial, Kelly knew all the right questions to ask in general of a venue, but also related to specific things we had shared with her based on our initial discussions for vision.

After we chose the venue and I shared a florist I had fallen in love with following Kelly's instagram, Kelly worked with the florist and sent a beautiful design plan. When we first got engaged, the most nerve wracking question I had been asked was about colors- I wanted a beautiful wedding, but didn't have a style I knew I wanted. Kelly's design drew inspiration from the venue and had a summery, timely feel to it. Our venue's food style is farm coastal and for our July wedding, Kelly proposed a gorgeous "beachy urban" theme.

During the wedding Kelly was both always there and hardly visible. We didn't have to talk to the staff at the venue about anything but our drink orders the whole night, everything went through Kelly. She was incredibly thoughtful and detail oriented. I took the Thursday and Friday off before the wedding, assuming there would be some final errands to run, but on Thursday I had a quick call with Kelly and there was nothing left to do, we were able to spend quiet, low key time together that day and with out out of town guests on Friday. The morning of th wedding, I thought of a couple of things I had forgotten to ask her and when I saw her while getting ready I forgot them again, but when I arrived to venue, she had handled everything- even what I thought I had forgotten.

Kelly was incredibly flexible and supportive when we chose to personalize the flow of the event and have an atypical format for our wedding: an intimate dinner with the ceremony integrated into the meal.

Kelly is truly magical. We were very instantly sold on working with Kelly from the initial phone conversation - she was attentive, creative, charming and organized. She is incredibly responsive which makes a huge difference when wedding planning is often a flurry of emails. She offered advice, guidance and suggestions when needed but never pushed an agenda or a plan that would be "easier" fo her or more convenient. Instead, she consistently pushed us to make sure we were creating the wedding weekend that was EXACTLY what we wanted. And of course, with her execution, it was just that. I am a planner myself and while I thought on the wedding day I wouldn't be very surprised -- it blew my mind. The way she set up our barn, coordinated the timing of everything, handled little issues here and there - it was perfect and I couldn't believe it. She made our vision come to life, and much more. Probably the biggest affirmation that she is a GEM (on top of everything else) was that every single one of my bridesmaids (who were at the venue getting ready on the day) separately came up to me after interacting with Kelly and said "wow, your coordinator is such a sweet and wonderful human." We are so grateful we used Kelly to help with our wedding.

Kelly was the best money I spent on my wedding! She went above and beyond to make sure
the wedding spoke to our personal tastes and what she was able to bring to life met all of my expectations and more. What I really liked about Kelly initially was the option to tailor my planning package. I wanted to be more involved and I had a vision of what I wanted but I had no idea how to make it come to life. Kelly let me pick and choose the things I wanted to handle and then offered her assistance in areas I knew I needed help. One thing that I especially loved was how great she was at sourcing items to match our design, she basically made my Pinterest page become a reality and added in unique touches I hadn't thought of. I could go on forever but my last note on Kelly is her warm and calm personality. She immediately feels like a friend you've known forever and her calm demeanor throughout the wedding planning process was SO helpful to me.
