We got married at Mayfair Farm on June 10th 2023. When we arrived at Mayfair to check it out, I knew immediately that it was the perfect wedding venue for us. The farm is absolutely stunning yet gives a laid back feeling, there is a beautiful view of Mt Monadnock, and Sarah is exceptional at planning events.

We had 165 people at our wedding. We did the ceremony on the grassy hilltop, dinner in a tent and dancing in the barn. We also had our after party at Mayfair and got the fire going for s'mores. Everything went incredibly smoothly thanks to Sarah and her team, along with the amazing vendors Sarah recommended to us.

We worked with Sarah on a farm-to-table/local menu. We decided to do buffet style, which worked out so well and Sarah, along with our florists, made the buffet style look organic and stunning. Sarah was incredible to work with. She gave us such amazing, thoughtful ideas, which staying so calm throughout the entire process which is so helpful when planning a wedding!!

Mayfair Farm is a very special place and I think anyone that has the opportunity to get married there or host/attend an event is so lucky. The photos really say it all!

To find a wedding venue that is as picture perfect, serene, elegant, and magnifies the beauty of New Hampshire all in one place is rare, but this is exactly what Mayfair Farm has achieved. My husband and I were lucky enough to have been married at Mayfair Farm in August 2024. From the very beginning, Mayfair Farm spoke volumes to us as not only does the entire venue represent our home state of NH, but their focus on farm-to-table food sold us in a heartbeat. As two foodies, my husband and I could not get over how unique of an experience it was to help curate our wedding menu based off of Sarah and Craig’s farm and to morph our food to fit our own food-loving wants. Sarah and Craig are a wonderful duo and to have been able to work with Sarah and her incredible team was a treat. They provided effortless class and taste throughout our rehearsal dinner and entire wedding day. Sarah and her team are easy to communicate with and provided excellent insight to any questions that arose throughout the wedding planning process. My husband and I cannot speak highly enough of Mayfair Farm!

Mayfair Farm was the best possible wedding venue that my partner and I could have ever chosen. With my partner’s family spending a large amount of their time in the Monadnock region, we had many chances to visit Mayfair and get to know Sarah. Once we were engaged, we knew it was the best plan to get married there.

From the beginning, Sarah was incredibly helpful and accommodating–even going so far as to invite my partner and I to a farm dinner the summer before our wedding date so that we could get a gauge of the weather and lighting when planning out our wedding day schedule. We felt confident that our vision was being met from the catering provided by Sarah’s team to the local flower vendors who teamed up to help us make an arrangement for the arc we were married under. Sarah was easy to connect with and was incredibly organized, helping us feel confident that our plan would make for the perfect wedding day.

We loved having the Air BnB on site for the wedding weekend–making it easier to navigate the rehearsal dinner, set up before the ceremony, and have our pre-ceremony photos. This was a huge bonus, especially given the situation at other venues in the Monadnock region or closer to Boston. In addition, Sarah and her family were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our wedding weekend stay.

My partner and I would highly recommend that you choose Mayfair as your wedding venue. You will not get the same attention to detail and care that Sarah and her team provide anywhere else.

Our experience with Mayfair Farm was absolutely amazing! From our initial tour of the venue all the way up to wedding day, Sarah and her team really made sure we felt supported throughout the whole process. Sarah was excellent about answering all of our questions and would always respond quickly! The food was phenomenal! Our guests absolutely loved our personalized menu that Sarah helped create. Everyone spoke about the stunning views from the ceremony space and clean details that can be appreciated throughout the barn. I am so grateful we found Mayfair Farm for our wedding. It was such a seamless experience all thanks to the team that makes it all possible!

Throughout the wedding planning process, we said (a countless amount of times!) how grateful we were to have chosen to get married at Mayfair Farm. Everything was perfect, and far exceeded our expectations and dreams. Communicating with Sarah and her team was easy and thorough, and she thought of a million things that I would've missed. The food was amazing, and our guests loved everything. It was such a wholesome, healthy, fresh, and thoughtful menu and delivery. Though we did not end up needing to use it, it was immensely comforting to have such a seamless rain plan in our back pocket, especially as we waited out a super gloomy 10-day forecast. Luckily, it was 75 and sunny, and we enjoyed panoramic views from the hilltop. I could go on and on and ON about how much we love Mayfair Farm, but to summarize, don't think twice about booking your wedding here.

We were blown away by our experience with Mayfair and so were our guests! It's so incredibly welcoming and Sarah was helpful from the start with planning our day. There was a lot of opportunity to make the venue and day uniquely ours but we also didn't feel like we had to start from scratch. Overall the food was amazing, outdoor and indoor spaces are gorgeous and Sarah is so helpful and pleasant to work with. Cannot recommend Mayfair Farm enough!

We had the absolute best experience with Mayfair Farm from our first tour right through the entire wedding weekend. The farm is so pretty with amazing views, foliage, and flowers. Sarah & her team were there every step of the way to help us plan, answer questions and make sure everything was in place for the big day including back up plans in case of bad weather (which we thankfully didn't need!). We loved that we had the venue for the whole weekend making setup and tear down a breeze as we could drop off & pick up Friday and Sunday. Customizing our wedding menu with Sarah was so fun and gave our day such a great personal touch too. Day of, everything was great. The airbnb & barn loft were perfect getting ready spots, the ceremony site was gorgeous and our guests can't stop talking about how well run and fun the wedding was. Thank you Sarah + team for helping making our day so perfect!

My daughter Casey and her husband Harrison celebrated their wedding at Mayfair Farm on June 15, 2023. They live in New Zealand and last year they decided to have their celebration while they were in New Hampshire for six weeks. After visiting ten other venues last year, I knew as soon as I got to Mayfair and met with Sarah that this was “the” place! I described Mayfair as “Joanna Gaines meets industrial chic. That, along with its being farm-to-table and Sarah’s genuine enthusiasm and desire to make it a perfect celebration, sold Casey on Mayfair. In May, we visited Sarah at Mayfair for our 1-month review and my daughter knew we had made the right choice!

DJ Kenny Wilson handsomely supplied the music and guided everyone through the various stages of the celebration; he was truly a treasured part of the night! The cocktail hour was on the covered veranda, but guests were free to wander. Matthew, our bartender from DeeLuxe Parties, expertly served the two signature drinks, beer, wine, and soft drinks and the guests enjoyed chatting with him. Outside, guests played lawn games, walked to the hilltop for stunning views, and visited the sweet little lambs and the farm dog Ruby in the pasture.

June weather can be tricky, so having a venue that offered inside and outside options was perfect. Half-way through the cocktail hour, the heavens opened, and rain poured down. To our delight, no one got even a little bit wet on the veranda, and the raised floor stayed completely dry! As the cocktail hour wound down, the sun appeared again, streaming through the edges of dew-dipped grass. Molly Burns Photography captured some breathtaking moments during this truly magical hour.

The idyllic country setting, the brightness of the white-washed barn and contrasting dark wooden tables, combined to make this, as so many of the guests commented, “a magical place”! While the venue is absolutely fabulous, the food was equally so. Sarah’s entire suggested menu was perfect. The menu started with copious, uniquely delectable passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a wonderful plated salad and the buffet style dinner, ending with fabulous desserts and one of the best cakes I have ever tasted! The food was wonderful, and the servers were charming and knowledgeable about all the various offerings. This created a perfect culinary event!

A wedding celebration is about a couple sharing one of the most personal and important decisions of their life with their friends and family. The venue, food, entertainment, decorations should all reflect the joyful love the couple feels for each other, and their personalities. From beginning to end, Sarah’s sincerity and warmth made the experience at Mayfair effortless with everything geared toward helping Casey and Harrison achieve the desired reflection and creating the best celebration imaginable.

Across the board mayfair was an incredible venue and couldn’t imagine a more perfect day. Sarah was completely transparent from our first conversation then when we visited the venue we saw how special it was on the farm - with the gorgeous new barn, perfect sheep, and intimate hilltop ceremony location with permanent arbor and mount monadnock in the back. Sarah’s team supported us all weekend and we were able to live in the moment and enjoy the property. We also had our rehearsal dinner there so we were able to get everything set up for the wedding and have everyone start to enjoy it rather than so many venues that have you in and out! The wedding was truly was the most special day, we couldn’t have imagined it being any more perfect. Thank you Mayfair for having us and providing a place where people can have an event that reflects who they are!

Our Wedding at Mayfair Farm was perfection! From the first email, site visit and leading up the last months, weeks and days to our wedding, Sarah took care of everything. Our wedding had such personal special details including a handcrafted menu that highlighted my husband's Turkish roots as well as my Jewish heritage. The food is like no other "wedding food" anyone will every have. It's made with love and detail. We had 116 people and used the barn space for cocktails and then later DJ and dancing, with dinner in a beautiful tent with long brown farm tables. Initially my only concern was separating the dancing and dinner spaces, due to the size of our wedding we could have done a few set ups - but it worked perfectly and seamlessly to have both the barn space and the tent. (Highly recommend if you're over 100 people to consider this set-up!) It does not feel disconnected at all, and guests loved it. The barn is airy, modern and has an amazing loft that is perfect for getting ready, photos -even sneaking up to look out over the dance floor and soak in the fun. We also had lawn games, golf carts for people, and turned the fire pit into a s'mores station after cake cutting. The wonderful thing about Mayfair is Sarah lets you make it feel like it is YOURS for the weekend. She is so open minded to ideas and will work to make your dream wedding reality. We looked at many venues in Manchester, VT and New Hampshire and were so disappointment that most places were what we would call "a wedding factory" - popping out the same event, with the same food, same set- up each weekend, sometimes even 2-3 in a week. If you're looking to make something special, on a fair budget, Mayfair is just perfect. I cannot say enough wonderful things
