About this venue
The Barn at Bull Meadow is a bright and stunning post-and-beam style venue. We were built to provide a beautiful and highly functional venue, with zero compromises. We can assure comfort to our guests by providing all the modern amenities you've come to expect, and more!
Our full-service bar, restrooms, and large patio space (equipped with fire pits, benches, a tent, and a patio bar) are located just steps away. We are situated on 34 private acres, featuring beautiful florals, a meadow, and a pond, which makes the perfect backdrop for your ceremony and your portraits! We are also conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Concord, with a great selection of hotels, bars, and restaurants. Equally as important is the breathtaking ceremony pavilion, with the perfect "meadow" backdrop. Indoor ceremonies are also available, allowing us to host weddings regardless of weather or season!
Facilities and Capacity
The striking wooden beams that frame the interior of the barn provide a pleasing space for up to 180 guests. Guest seating is centralized around the dance floor, assuring your event will be one to remember! The grand staircase leads to two upper-level private wedding suites for getting ready, with mirrors, stools, private bathrooms, couches, and more... plus two balconies that overlook the reception hall. These luxurious rooms will be available to you and the wedding party throughout the day and throughout your reception. An outdoor terrace opens out from the main hall and overlooks scenic views of the pond and meadows. Couples can choose to exchange vows in the intimate and natural surroundings of the meadow and tranquil pond under an elegantly decorated pergola. There is ample parking at this location and wheelchair-accessible restrooms for guests' convenience.

The dedicated personnel at The Barn at Bull Meadow offer a day-of planner service to ensure events run smoothly. Couples can also avail of the barn for their rehearsal dinner. The professional team will work with you to advise you on preferred vendors and catering options. You can customize your menu and cuisine options to your tastes, with the aid of a recommended catering company. The experienced hosts will ensure that the reception space is set up to your liking. Full bar service is available, complete with an array of house wines, specialty beers, and premium liquors.

Amazing Venue!
The venue is stunning. It is a beautiful mix of modern and rustic. There are three suites to get ready in and the bridal suite upstairs has a private bathroom which was so helpful for wedding day. Everything is set up for maximum efficiency and comfort.
The coordinators are so organized. When we toured, we noticed a schedule on the wall of one of the suites that had a down to the minute timeline for their most recent event and I knew that we would be able to trust that the coordinators would ensure the day ran smoothly and they absolutely did! Taylor was our assigned coordinator. When we met with her for our planning meeting, I had four pages of questions written out and Taylor answered all of them before I even had to ask. At our rehearsal for our mid March wedding, Taylor noted the forecast for our wedding day was in the high 60s and was already prepped to have our ceremony moved outside if we wanted to. She was able to move the ceremony outside and we had a gorgeous wedding day! Everything ran so smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about a thing.
We paid for the décor clean up service which was a godsend to not have to worry about gathering all of the photos, table runners, flowers, and other decorations at the end of the night. We were able to truly enjoy every minute of our wedding and come back for our décor in the morning.
I could not more highly recommend The Barn at Bull Meadow! We had a wonderful, beautiful wedding.
