Katy has such an amazing eye for composition and capturing all of the small beautiful moments. My husband and I aren't very comfortable in front of a camera, and we didn't want to spend most of our wedding day posing for photos, but we did want to capture all of the moments that we had planned and the joyful interactions of the day. Katy's style of documentary photography captured every beautiful moment of our day, even moments that I wasn't aware of at the time. She made us feel so comfortable during our portraits and engagement sessions that I can't believe how the photos turned out. She and her husband quietly and gracefully moved through our wedding, our guests loved meeting them, and she took lovely photos of every guest that was present. I can't gush enough over how much we appreciate their work, and if you're considering hiring them, please do!
