Hiring Kathleen as our wedding planner and day of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made! She helped make the year leading up to our wedding effortless, the month stress free, and the day of incredibly special. She is so organized and detail oriented so I knew I was in good hands! She worked with me to brainstorm ideas and created a vision board to bring our dream wedding to life. She checked in with us throughout the planning process to make sure we had things done in timeframes they should have been. She was in contact with all my vendors so I did not have to worry about minor details and scheduling. Kathleen created a schedule for our wedding day that was perfectly ordered. She is also so attentive and responsive so communicating with her was seamless. She always jumped on a call when I needed to talk, emailed back immediately, and always had the answers to any question I had.. Literally 4 days before my wedding I wanted to add a detail piece to my day (napkins with fun facts about the bride & groom) and somehow she delivered and had custom napkins made for the day of! The day of my wedding she kept me calm and was in control of everything so I did not have to worry about details going wrong. My florist ended up being a nightmare and luckily for me I had Kathleen to handle the florist and smooth out all the mishaps. We are so thankful for Kathleen being apart of our day and making sure everything ran perfectly! While wedding planning can be ominous and overwhelming, Kathleen has an uncanny ability to do it ALL, execute it flawlessly, and all while keeping you calm, focused and excited. Kathleen has it down to a science. She is organized, insightful, thoughtful, creative, well-connected, and behind the scenes constantly advocating for you as a bride to ensure every vendor is perfectly aligned with your vision and fairly contributing to their task at hand. She is also hilarious, and makes sure you are laughing and having fun throughout the entire process - which is understatedly important! She goes above and beyond. I truly couldn’t imagine my wedding going off as flawlessly as it did without Kathleen. Coordinating a 200 person wedding and taking on so many creative and logistical tasks is no easy feat, but Kathleen did it with so much finesse. She was and is the greatest and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I thought I could handle planning / coordinating my wedding on my own but my mom insisted on hiring a day-of-coordinator. Our photographer recommended Kathleen and I am beyond grateful that would be found her. What started as just day of coordination, quickly evolved in to additional services. Kathleen's eye, efficiency, and the way she handles herself was what made our wedding day so perfect. She helped me bring all of my ideas to life in the most efficient and creative way, all why keeping it so incredibly easy for my family and I. I hired Kathleen as a partial planner for my wedding and it was one of the best decisions I have made! She made me feel at ease and provided so much great insight and professional experience. There were multiple times where I would text her due to second guessing different aspects of the wedding and she would promptly respond and immediately relieve me of my stress. Day of - she was AMAZING in making sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan, so I did not have to worry. My wedding day was a rainy/ foggy day and Kathleen literally followed me holding the wet train of my dress/ carrying the veil for the entire time we took pictures outside. Overall - the last thing you want to do on your wedding day is worry or stress- Kathleen literally ensures that you do not have to.

My first conversation with Kathleen I knew immediately she was going to be amazing. She was there every step of the way with planning our wedding. Down to the very last detail. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfection and gets back to you right away with any questions. Planning a wedding can be very stressful but with Kathleen's knowledge she made it so effortless. As Mom the bride, Kathleen was awesome helping us with so many details neither of us had time to consider. She's not only adorable, sweet and fun, she is professional.
Kathleen was super responsive to my many questions asked from which font style to which white works best with our linens. She even found us a mirror in home goods we used as a seating chart. Kathleen prepared a timeline that kept us and the groomsmen on track all day without worrying about logistics. I can't say enough about how awesome she is and how grateful I am my daughter found her.

Kathleen was so organized and on top of every aspect of our wedding day/prep for the day. She was always there if we needed something - even driving us around in a golf cart so we could take pictures but not have to walk the grounds in the humidity! She was so helpful and lovely to deal with - one of the best decisions we made was hiring her!

I hired Kathleen as a day-of coordinator, plus some design help for my giant tented wedding at Sandy Hook NJ. Tent weddings are a BEAST to plan and pull off, but Kathleen was SO HELPFUL. She was extremely responsive throughout the planning process and worked long long days to make sure every last detail was perfect. On our wedding day I had ZERO stress because I knew Kathleen was there and had everything under control.
