Kathleen was essential in making my special day this month AMAZING. She was extremely organized, detail-oriented, and most importantly, was always willing to hop on the phone with me and brainstorm/talk through anything and EVERYTHING. She has a positive and calming energy that always made me feel at ease and even more excited leading up to my wedding day. I HIGHLY recommend Kathleen. SHE IS THE BEST.Kathleen Deo's reply:

Kathleen is the best!
My first conversation with Kathleen I knew immediately she was going to be amazing. She was there every step of the way with planning our wedding. Down to the very last detail. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfection and gets back to you right away with any questions. Planning a wedding can be very stressful but with Kathleen's knowledge she made it so effortless. My advice to future brides, wedding planning can be so stressful and Kathleen thinks of every little detail most people don't realize when planning their wedding. Couldn't have done it without her
I hired Kathleen as a day-of coordinator, plus some design help for my giant tented wedding at Sandy Hook NJ. Tent weddings are a BEAST to plan and pull off, but Kathleen was SO HELPFUL. She was extremely responsive throughout the planning process and worked long long days to make sure every last detail was perfect. On our wedding day I had ZERO stress because I knew Kathleen was there and had everything under control. She's truly so professional, thinks of every possible situation/detail, and was my go-to girl for reassurance when planning was stressing me out!! The best wedding planner! Kathleen is not only an amazing talented professional, she’s also a good human being! She made the whole process of planning our wedding fun and helped take away the stresses that arose along the journey.
Her vendor recommendations were spot on and she really helped curate and execute on each specific detail we envisioned.

Kathleen was hands down the best decision I made about my wedding (my husband aside ;) ). She made all of my dreams come true within the budget I gave her. She goes above and beyond- She would text me from home goods with cute things she found that matched my decor asking if I wanted them. She's like a personal shopper, organizer, decorator, financial advisor, problem-solver and therapist all in one. We wanted to do some fun, unique things for our wedding and I would ask her for her honest opinion on what was too "too outside of the box" for normal guests and what was the perfect amount of "quirky" -- and she gave me perfect advice. We did Karaoke, had trivia with a Jeopardy Champion, and had a giant blow up dinosaur deliver us champagne to the dance floor--- and the wedding was still classy- I know, amazing. When my venue's bathroom overflowed multiple times, she literally rolled her sleeves up to clean all the water from the floor. SERIOUSLY. I will forever be indebted to her for making our wedding the best day of our lives. -

If you’re looking for a reliable, creative, organized, prompt & overall amazing planner who will also be the best help/ a friend on your wedding day, look no further!!! Kathleen was recommended to me from another planner when I was searching for someone to help with month of/ day of coordinating for our wedding this June. I was unsure if I needed to hire someone but I am SO glad I did. We exchanged a few emails and spoke on the phone, and I automatically felt so comfortable with her, and like I had known her for a long time. I am a very organized person, and while I had major details and planning done, working as a nurse while planning a wedding twice became challenging towards the final month/(s). I told Kathleen what I needed help with, for example smaller details/design, day of coordinating, etc. Kathleen was flexible in how she could help me. She understood my vision, while keeping in mind my budget, and constantly communicated ideas and alternatives. She was very honest and gave the best guidance. She answered phone calls and emails so promptly. She came to my venue with me to do a walk through so she could understand the space, which was so helpful for the day of! On the day of our wedding, she was there early and I knew everything would be taken care of. She made sure that all items and vendors were where they needed to be, so that my mom and I could relax! Her day of timeline was very detailed and she coordinated with my photographer and videographer all day. She even made sure I had drinks/ something to eat while getting ready, helped me into my gown, and stood with/checked in on me all day! And she did it all with a smile and was incredibly kind and calm. She also kept in touch with me after our wedding! It’s easy to see she loves what she does and is very good at it. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for an incredibly organized and kind wedding planner! Thank you Kathleen, you’re the best! -

Kathleen came at a time when we decided to move our wedding date and location due to COVID. We had less than 2 months to plan a backyard wedding and needed new vendors to make this event happen. A bridesmaid recommended her services and I am so grateful I decided to work with her. She took so much stress out of the planning process and made our wedding incredible. I honestly am happier with how it turned out than I would have been with our original venue and plan. From the decor, catering, to her day of coordination, everything was flawless and people are still raving about how everything turned out. I couldn't recommend her more. Thank you Kathleen for creating a day we will talk about for the rest of our lives! -

Hands down the sweetest, most organized, and simply the best decision to hire Kathleen. A little background... Kathleen actually reached out to me on social media, I was basically almost done planning my NJ based wedding, set to happen in March 2020. As life goes, we found out we were pregnant with our little miracle and postponed our NJ based wedding.
Kathleen and I spoke a few times but unsure of our next plan, I held off on making any next steps to plan another wedding.. Fast forward a couple months into my pregnancy, my now husband and I set a date and decided to take it to Bonita Springs, FL for September 26, 2020.. As we started to plan, I slowly but surely realized, I NEED HELP! Planning a wedding is stressful and given it was destination, I needed all hands on deck. Insert Kathleen, and like magic and grace she accepted the task as my destination wedding planner. Best decision ever the day I said “yes” to Kathleen! She jumped right in, and took her role on with such grace and full on organization, all the while working from NJ and never skipping a beat with vendors and communication. Before I knew it, my wedding was a few months away, Kathleen and I met for a site walk down in Florida. Her and I both pregnant, non the less! Her smile and poise was so welcoming the day we officially met in person in the hotel lobby! Again, another confirmation to my now husband and I that she was the best decision to have by our side...
Welp wouldn’t you believe, the world as we now know it was stopped dead in it’s tracks by good old Corona virus. So sadly, we cancelled our Florida wedding, 11 weeks before our big day!!! (Heartbroken)
So many emotions were flowing and at this point Bryan and I just wanted to celebrate our marriage and love and decided to keep our date of September 26th but bring it back to NJ, this time our backyard. Kathleen never skipped a beat, and when I sprung on her we needed to replan another wedding in less than 3 months, she got the ball rolling FULL force. From start to finish she made our vision come to life. She literally made a stressful situation for us, the easiest planning ever. I am not sure if it is her organization, passion, talent or her poise, or simply her amazing overall natural self, but I never worried. She planned our whole wedding and executed it to perfection. Kathleen is more than just a planner, I say she is like the perfect package ;) built in wedding planner and now friend!! We still get compliments on our special day and how beautifully it was setup to safely celebrate given the circumstances of our current world. I could go on and on about how wonderful Kathleen is, but a review doesn’t give her justice. Kathleen is a must for any bride planning their big day. Thank you so so much Kathleen, your style is impeccable and your passion is undeniable. As I always say, you’re simply the best and we are so lucky to have had you from start to finish. Not only will you have a wedding planner, you get a friend in the end as well! -

Look no further! Kathleen and her team consistently go above and beyond to make sure nothing is overlooked on your wedding or event day. As a fellow vendor, I LOVE working with Kathleen and appreciate the thoroughness of her timelines, checklists and always smiling personality (even when we're on our feet allll day). She's the planner you want on your side so you can enjoy your day and not have to worry about all the details. She's a super mom and wonderful person and I can't say enough great things about her! -

Hiring Kathleen as a day of coordinator for my wedding was hands-down the best decision I ever made. I am a control freak and very picky type A personality, trusting someone with the details of my big day was hard for me but as soon as I met Kathleen I immediately connected with her and she put me at ease. She was so easy to talk to and I felt like I had known her for years. She was there anytime of the day to answer any question I had and she is so knowledgeable about the entire process, she thought of important details that I did not and was a true professional. She was there for meetings with other vendors and always had valuable input, you can tell she really knows what she is doing! She listened to everything I said and not a single detail was overlooked. I was really stressed during the last few weeks before my wedding and having someone there to help was exactly what I needed. I had a DIY wedding at a venue with no staff, it is basically just an empty building you rent, I probably could have pulled it off my self but the morning/day of my wedding definitely would not have been as relaxing/fun/enjoyable if Kathleen wasn't there. And it definitely would not have run as smoothly. I would have been worrying about so many little things on my wedding day instead of laughing, drinking and having fun! Our wedding was literally the best day ever and I really don't think it would have been as good without Kathleen there. She was there with whatever we needed (and more) and really was an asset to making our wedding day so amazing. My husband didn't meet Kathleen until the day of our wedding and by the end of the night he couldn't stop talking about how great and sweet she was and how we couldn't have done this with out her :) I am so glad I chose to hire KathleenKathleen Deo's reply:

Kathleen was a great addition to our wedding day, and the days leading up to it! She was helpful in creating a timeline and was instrumental in keeping everything running smoothly, helping to “herd cats” in a calm and professional manner. She helped with all last minute issues (aka - we had forgotten to drop something off at the church, and Kathleen handled it!), helped with the catering set up and clean up, and was such a calming (yet positive and engaging) presence. It was like having another friend with me- who was highly organized and zen! I also heard very positive feedback from my other vendors regarding their interactions with Kathleen, and one even asked for her contact info so she could recommend her to others.
Would highly recommend Kathleen for your day-of...the peace of mind is worth it!! -

Choosing Kathleen for my wedding was an absolute game-changer. My maid of honor had recommended her based on her own fantastic experience, and I opted for Kathleen's Design/Month of Coordination Package. Every cent spent was invaluable. Not only did Kathleen provide peace of mind, but she consistently went above and beyond. We began collaborating a year and a half before the wedding, and she flawlessly translated all my ideas into reality, promptly addressing any vendor issues that arose. The Month Of service was a lifesaver. Kathleen managed all vendor communications, alleviating that stress entirely. This allowed me to relish every moment during the month before the wedding and, most importantly, every second of the big day itself. Despite absolutely terrible weather, Kathleen was a pillar of support, swiftly resolving timeline and photo-related concerns.
