Karen's Bakery made a beautiful and delicious cake for our outdoor wedding at Saluti Cellars! The white chocolate buttercream frosting was absolutely delicious and held up to the summer heat. Amanda was very responsive and flexible with helping me to plan from out of town. In addition to providing a lovely cake, Karen's Bakery also provided great value compared to many of the other bakeries that I looked into. I would highly recommend Karen's Bakery to anyone looking for an awesome wedding cake, at a reasonable price!

Karen's Bakery did an outstanding job on our wedding cake. Amanda was great for our consultation, walked us thru the process, Helped us decide on flavor of cake..with so many to choose from - that were all delicious. When ready for final count , helped coordinate and decide on size of Main Wedding Cake and Secondary for the rest. We visit Folsom Area frequently. Karen's Bakery was recommended by a family member in the Area. They also offer delicious breakfast items, danishes, cookies and more. We definitely will go back for more, and possibly even another cake for our Anniversary.

When researching wedding cake vendors, Karen's Bakery had, by far, the best selection of cake flavors around. When we met with Amanda, she was knowledgeable about current trends in cake decor and was very willing to work with the design I wanted (which was simple, but another vendor was not willing to step outside his comfort zone). The cake that arrived on my wedding day was exactly as we had discussed and I had pictured. The two flavors we chose were outstanding, and we got so many compliments on how tasty the cake was (we chose Rich Chocolate and Raspberry White Chocolate as flavors). Overall, we could not have chosen a better vendor - thank you Amanda and Karen's Bakery!

Pretty wedding cakes aren't hard to find, but those that taste just as good as they look are almost impossible. Until I tried Karen's. My eyes literally rolled back as I tasted each and every cake they presented me at the tasting. Even the ones that my fiance picked (we have completely different tastes by the way) were amazing. You won't go wrong picking Karen's. You would be safe even without a taste test. It's that good!

Karen's Bakery did an excellent job with our wedding cake. It was delicious, beautiful, and less expensive than we had expected. We ordered their white chocolate cake with lemon curd filling. They did a great job with the black and white frosting decor from a picture that we provided them.

Karen was so nice right when we stepped through the door! The staff was so friendly and helpful in showing us the various foods we had to chose from. We wanted to have a wide selection so everyone had something they could eat and enjoy. Our wedding guests really enjoyed the food. Some of the foods were casual and others were a bitmore artisitc. The selection and wide variety of foods they catered was awesome! I think everyone at the wedding wasn't planning on something like this. Everyone was full and enjoying their time. Thanks a lot and will look forward to coming in on a regular basis. Highly recommend!
