Karen is the best!
Karen is absolutely incredible! She goes above and beyond in every possible way. From the very beginning, she helped us find the perfect venue and vendors that matched both our vision and our budget. Thanks to her organization, creativity, and calm presence, our wedding day was beautiful and could not have gone smoother. We truly have no doubt that Karen is the best wedding planner out there. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

Flawless Florals & Exceptional Service - Perfect Wedding Experience!
We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Karen for our wedding! From start to finish, everything was seamless. She arrived on time, set up perfectly, and was so easy to work with throughout the entire process. I sent over some inspiration photos, and she matched them exactly, exceeding all of our expectations. She even brought extra florals just in case, which was such a thoughtful touch. The guests couldn't stop talking about the stunning florals, especially the breathtaking arrangements on our arch. Highly recommend Karen for any event—you'll be in great hands!

Would HIGHLY Recommend Karen! :D
I found Karen through Yelp and I must say I struck gold with her. She initially matched my interests because she is local in RPV (Los Angeles County) and distance was a key component to all factors wedding-related. From the very beginning, she was very kind-hearted, understanding and responsive. She worked every scheduling kink with me and was attentive to all details I blurted out at various times AND any last minute changes that may have come up since I work (night shift) at the hospital during the tail end of the pandemic. She is so easy to work with and exceeded all my expectations, but I also had minimal expectations going into my wedding because I was one of those indecisive brides who honestly wanted a small intimate wedding of 40 guests, but later ended up with 105. Her execution on the day-of was seamless and she reassured me of everything at the right moment. Her time and herself packed everything up after my event ended and made sure it got to the right people. Cherry on top was my bouquet - it was everything I did not know I wanted - absolutely beautiful and I was so happy with it! Trust her and trust the process. She's a professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Wonderful experience!
We had a wonderful experience working with Karen!! I really had no idea what I wanted and she helped talk me through everything and worked with my budget. Once I finally decided on the types of colors I wanted in my bouquet, what Karen came up with was above & behind what I could have imagined!! It was so gorgeous!! Plus she’s a sweetheart. Would recommend for anyone for their wedding!

Breathtaking Florals!
Karen is amazing to work with. She has done the florals for two weddings for my family this year - my mom's and my own. Both times, the florals looked absolutely stunning. For my wedding, we had two pre-planning meetings with her to go over all the florals needed and to brainstorm color palettes and arrangement types. She was so helpful and took our vision and ran with it! The florals themselves were breathtaking - the floral arch on the pergola where we had our ceremony was a masterpiece, and I couldn't stop sneaking peeks at it! The bouquets were perfect, her floral additions to the cake looked wonderful, the centerpieces were lovely, and the arch was repurposed so perfectly for the head table florals. I can't get over how incredible it all looked and how the florals really made everything come together.

A Perfect Fit!
After 3 wedding dates and countless hurdles, Karen got me down the most beautiful aisle. She took my vision and made it a reality. She was by my side the entire nite and made sure everything ran smoothly. She is such a pleasure to work with and always went above and beyond!

My studio Epic Vision Studios had the opportunity to work with Karen Sartori Florals Weddings and Events on a beautiful wedding in Malibu. I can’t say enough about Karen—she is an incredible wedding planner and coordinator! Karen and her team are very easy to work with and very professional. Not only does Karen work with her clients, but she also worked one-on-one with me to create the perfect timeline to make sure we had time to photograph everything the client wanted. I highly recommend Karen!
