We used this vendor for our rehearsal dinner. Mica was very helpful, working with the chef to help us select items that would work well in our outdoor venue. I had thought it was a little odd that they insisted on providing the salsa and guacamole in little portion cups, but I think it cut down on mess and flies. We had bean burritos and chicken burritos. Both were good, but the bean burritos were a little skimpy, so people who took one of those more often went back for a second, and we should have ordered more extras. We had many cups of fruit salad left over--that was suggested to me in lieu of a green salad that would wilt. I'd say skip any salad and spend money on more burritos and guacamole. The guacamole was out of this world! Also, Wanda, the catering manager who worked our event was super--we were definitely glad we had asked for someone from the restaurant to work the event instead of just having the food dropped off. It was well worth the extra money.
