I was born in Hawaii, raised in California. I have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. I moved back to Hawaii to be near my family. Photography has always been a passion, and now has become a career. It started with family and friends saying "Hey, I know you take great pictures. Can you shoot my wedding?" I very soon realized the fun of wedding photography. There are not a lot of jobs where you can meet so many wonderful people. Where people bring you in to the most cherished moments of their families. Wedding photography allows me to go play outside.

Commercial Wedding Photography

Photojournalism suggests that you are shooting things as they happen. You are not creating things, telling people how to pose, and not a lot of posed pictures. Photojournalism is great, but it's something every person with a camera can do. Commercial wedding photography takes Photojournalism to the next level. Commercial photography is anything you see in a magazine or TV ad, etc. used to sell a product. It's the highest quality of photography using composition, lighting, and posing techniques to photograph things in a beautiful and artistic way.

My goal is to not only tell the story of your wedding, but to do it in a beautiful and artistic way. I don't want to just capture the moment, but also do it in a way that would fit right in a magazine next to Commercial work and fit right in.
