It was nice having an MC but it was so cool to be able to go change music ourselves and have guests make song choices as well!

I had a small wedding and I knew right off the bat that I didn't want a big elaborate DJ set-up. I mean, I didn't want the typical slow-dance-songs-about-love and someone telling people to get on the dance floor. It seemed overdone. And I have great taste in music myself (not really, but I played mostly 80s rock music and my friends though it was hilarious).

Messaging with the company was really easy and they really know what they're doing on this island. They've probably been to all the venues a few times so when I mentioned my location and party-size, he knew immediately which sound set-up would work best for it.

Then for the "pressing-play" and "pause" I had one really capable friend handle it, but the company does offer someone to do the playing-pausing for you too.

Just Press Play Productions was a great option for my wedding. We did not have the space for a band or a DJ. We wanted to play our own music but we wanted to have someone there to make sure the songs were played at the right time and the music was turned down for speeches. Just press Play was able to provide all we needed, the sound quality was great for our venue. They are much more affordable then a DJ. It was exactly what we wanted, no worries, no bad DJ songs, they were perfect.

We had Alan for our MC and prepared our own playlists for him to use throughout our wedding. Alan got in touch with us a few days before to finalize some details, and proceeded to clarify questions the day of as they specifically applied to our event space. While our venue had promised WiFi to accommodate requests, we lost the connection part way through the ceremony. Alan was able to bring this to my attention quickly and quietly and we found a solution while continuing the night without a hitch. Very knowledgeable MC and was able to read the vibes of the night as we proceeded to keep the party going. Absolutely would recommend!

I knew from the beginning that I didn't want to hire a band or DJ for our wedding. My husband's brother had played music from their ipad and it was fine. So originally I wanted to do the same. I realized eventually that if I wanted specific music played, we would need someone to man the ipad. I then began to worry about asking a friend or family member to do it because I didn't want to push that sort of work and responsibility on them when they should be enjoying themselves.

In the end I went with the services of Just Press Play Productions. I wanted to save money on the music, and ultimately their costs were much lower than if I had hired a DJ or a band. That being said, it did cost more than I had wanted to spend on music.

In the end I feel it was worth it so that I didn't have to burden any family or friends with the task, and it went somewhat smoothly. Only small hitch was during the grand entrance in terms of timing, otherwise it was fine. And to be fair, we didn't go over it with him that well beforehand, so I totally understand the tiny mistake.

Otherwise, Andy was a pleasure to work with and he worked hard to tackle the other tasks I requested too (sound situation in ceremony and for a live stream, as well as sound situation for a video game!).

I highly recommend Just Press Play and Andy for your Ipad music needs!
