Kelly really brought our vision to life from engagement shoot to wedding day and we are so grateful to have her amazing photos to look back on for the rest of our lives. We wanted most of our photos to be candid and have a somewhat natural feel to them as I am not the best at posed photos.. We loved the mix of black and white and color and appreciated her direction with our large group of rambunctious bridesmaids/groomsmen. She kept her cool and helped calm me down by while I was feeling extremely anxious - she truly delivered for us as did her assistant. The prints we received were beautiful and I look forward to purchasing more in the future!

Title says it all. Along with her radiant, run personality! She was a blessing from above for sure! She helped us out in many, many ways. Honestly this wedding wouldn't have happened without her dedication, passion, and drive! We honestly couldn't have picked a better photographer. As our trip is coming to a close, we are reflecting on the highlights. Of coarse, the engagement itself is at the very top. The entire process of our experience at the waterfall, appreciating such a visually stunning natural wonder, the exact moment of the proposal, the elated feelings of joy, nervousness, wonder and love; all of these things are held together in our minds eye and the moments you captured. Without you working your artistic magic, it would just be a blissful recollection of experience, with no visual recall, no spirit of the moment captured for us to relive. We are forever grateful for you spending the time to help us capture such an amazing moment.

As dreary as it was, the cold, the wet, I know it only adds to the unique elements of the photos and we are so excited to see them. I imagine it was miserable for you but you handled it with such professionalism and grace, we didn't notice.

To say that Kelly is phenomenal at what she does, is the biggest understatement. I stumbled upon her work while researching venues and fell in love with her more journalistic approach to photography. She has this way of capturing the moments during your wedding that you didn't even know happened or carried so much emotion. I booked Kelly in early 2016 for our August 2017 wedding, and just got another email from her today. She has not only put up with us for that long, but has been the most kind, compassionate, understanding, above-and-beyond human we could have ever asked for in a wedding photographer. My husband isn't one to love photo shoots and he has told me repeatedly how comfortable Kelly made him feel during both our engagement session and wedding. She has a way of making you forget any bit of the awkwardness that you might be worried about. Looking at our wedding photos had us laughing, crying, and laughing so hard we were crying. And I think that is what makes her one of a kind. I truly cannot recommend her enough.

I have seen so many wedding photos on social media that all look exactly the same, so when it came time to choose my own wedding photographer, I knew what I wanted to avoid. Kelly's photography stood out to me immediately for its uniqueness. She is amazing at what she does. I have only seen four preview photos from my wedding so far, but I am already blown away. Not only is she a great artist, she is also super easy to work with, which doesn't hurt.

I am incredibly uncomfortable with having my picture taken, however from the moment I met Kelly I knew that she would make the process easy and comfortable. Everything from getting information and coordination before to the day of was seamless, easy and comfortable. Her pictures are incredible and she presented my husband and I with the most beautiful package when we received our pictures. I would highly recommend Kelly and absolutely trust her to capture all our special moments with the utmost professionalism and incredible style/talent.

Kelly was absolutely amazing to work with! She always got back to me in a timely manner and answered any question that I could possibly think of, even if it felt like a silly question. During my photo shoot with her she made me feel completely comfortable and provided a ton of guidance to get the best shot. I am beyond excited to see how my photos turn out. Photos have the magical ability to recall the sights, sounds, smells, and emotions of a moment. And they can transport you, even if you were never there in the first place, which was super important to us since many of our friends and family members were not able to join us for our wedding. Kelly was a dream to work with! We wanted to be able to relive the laughter, the heat (it was over 95 degrees in Hood River & Mt. Hood was on fire!), the music, the loving hugs from our friends and family, the smells of the food and flowers, the tears that were gingerly wiped from the corners of eyes during our vows and the toasts, the unique setting where we chose to get married, & the people who joined us to make it an amazing day. Kelly understood our vision and she made it a reality. She heard our request to avoid boring, traditional posed pictures, so even our family photos come alive with the personalities of the people in them. Her work is real and makes you feel like you are a part of the day's activities, even if you were never actually there. At least that's what our friends and family who couldn't attend tell us. They were so grateful that we had such wonderful photos to share and we were so grateful to be able to share them! Fast forward a couple years and we welcomed Kelly into our home to do a family photo shoot with our 9-month old baby girl. She documented this chapter in our life with a tender, fun-loving, & creative eye. We are so happy to have such beautiful shots of our little family. She really brought out the best in all of us! I love looking at the sweet moments I share every day with my daughter, but never get to see (like nuzzling her cheeks and making her giggle) and I get teary looking at the photos of my husband playing guitar to his daughter and tossing her above his head to make her thrill with laughter. The photos she has taken of our family, both at our wedding and of our little family, bring sweet smiles to our faces every time we look at them.

Kelly of June Lion was absolutely wonderful. During planning she was incredibly flexible and so easy to work with, even though we were coordinating things from across the country. The day of the wedding she was unobtrusive when she needed to be and took charge during portraits so that we were always comfortable with what was happening and what we needed to do. The photos turned out beautifully, and I keep getting compliments on them from all the guests, especially my relatives (even the ones who were skeptical of limited posed portraits!) If you're looking for beautiful photos that capture your day faithfully yet artistically, I would definitely recommend Kelly.
